Okay for breakfast by out of the four times I have bought lunch dinner there's the food was horrible in the service was slow and... it seems like they were very disorganized. One time the food was so bad I couldn't even attempt to eat it I threw it right inthe trash! I had a coupon for two chicken sandwiches a large fry and a Coke it had rancid lettuce on it and rancid mayonnaise itwas cold and tasted like smelled like old grease didn't even resemble chicken when they opened it up to look at it and I cut itin half just out of curiosity, it was definitely not real chicken! The fries were also cold soggy and cooked in Old grease! Ishould have went to get my money back but I had to have a long day and figured it wasn't even worth it since I used a coupon.Trust me unless you just stopping for breakfast sandwich or coffee I would avoid the place at all costs! You can easily end upsick! Maybe that's why there's hardly anyone ever there I don't how they stay in business? The only reason I went there a fewtimes it's because I moved into the neighborhood.Never again! Read more
Unfortunately, this was the worst Burger King that I've been to. We were in the drive thru line, but it was not moving at all.... So then we got out of the car and went in person. Our order was taken medium promptly, but the wait for our food was literally15 minutes. It was not fast food. There was no info on the status of our food, there were multiple people waiting a long time,the employees seemed to be taking their time. One of the worst burger joint i ever had went! Drive-thru line was a long wait, and its not during no rush hours. Who ever... managed that burger king doesn't seem to care of his customers. And I absolutely love the cooks here. My whopper is always so nicely made; the tomatoes are still sturdy, the lettuce are... crunchy, and the pickles are great! My always go to Burger King in Saint Paul! Thought don?t sweat it that the lines are slow,not a lot of workers yet their food quality is still amazing! Read more
About a month ago I ordered my food on the app while still at work so it would be ready when I arrived. This was the first time... I've ordered Burger King in advance. After I ordered, it instructed me to go through the drive through. When I got there theemployee seemed confused that I ordered online and then I waited...and waited...so clearly my food hadn't been prepared. I alsohad to wait to get to the drive through speaker for the other customers to order. It would have been much easier just to orderwhen I got there instead of taking an extra step. Read more
I went to breakfast through the drive through. I used the pick up choice. Everything went well until we left with our order. We... got about a mile down the road when I noticed we didn't get a sandwich we ordered. So we turned. Around we wanted to justhandle in the drive through but there was like 6 cars waiting. So I went in. I explained my problem which the cashier explainedto the kitchen staff. She walked away. But the cook didn't forget whom it went to. She made. Sure I got my sandwich. I gave been to this birgerking in a number if occasions over the past 2 years and I can definitely say this is the last. Over 30... minutes from waiting in the drive thru line to actually getting my food and it wasn't even fresh. The order was wrong and theteam members were completely unapologetic or empathetic to me as a customer. I would ask for a refund or my food to be remade,but at this point the food and service was so bad they've ruined it for all burgerkings. I want nothing else to do with thisestablishment. It's sad because this is the only fast food chain in the area and it's on a bus stop and so close to a collegeyou would think they'd have better food and customer service skills. The manager was so rude when I simply told her that thisshould not be how a restaurant conducts themselves. I left feeling disrespected and when I got home and opened my bag of food Ifelt robbed. They took $30 from me and gave me attitude and crappie food.Shame in them, I will never eat here again, I waistedtoo much money and given them too many chances to correct themselves...
