Bought family special. Plenty of sauce . Sauce was too much pepper flakes. Sausage and mushroom. Very skimpy on sausage 1 piece... for every 3 pieces of pizza. Black olives couldnt taste them at all. Cheese i suspect not real cheese but a cheese food meaningwho knows what. Im a new customer here . My bill was $26.83. I have to say it gives Carbones a bad name. It was the worst. Myfriend bought the house special . His comment he bought the 10 inch pizza and was glad he didnt waste the money. They got a 2star . Barely for friendliness. We decided neither party will return. My family tried the hot hoagies because they were recommended by a coworker. They were delicious, delivered earlier than stated,... and the delivery driver was very nice! Huge sandwich, great deal! Read more

I ordered pizza from them a couple weeks ago. When I showed up to get it, I could see through the window the staff were making... the food unmasked. I spoke to the franchise owner who said that must be behavior exhibited when he isn't present and he willcorrect this issue. He thanked me for not going to social media and sent me a gift card. When I went there the other day toredeem it, again, nobody had masks on. I may in time try another Carbone's, but never again this one. We are in a pandemic andI need to know that the people making the food I pay for and consume are following the rules. Read more
