After a very long and stressful day at work with meetings, I was starving! I can always rely on Chipotle to make me happy. I... asked my partner to place my custom spicy Chipotle order through the Chipotle app for both lunch and dinner for my partner andme. When I got home to devour it, I could not seem to swallow the food. It tasted bland and not the same as my usual order. WhatI realized was that there was no sauce in my burrito AND bowl. Not mild, medium, or spicy. I am a person who loves spice andusually, I put in 1 spoon of medium sauce and 2 spoons of the hottest sauce. This is standard on my custom order. Neither minenor my partner had any sauce. This experience was by far the most unsatisfied. It became an inconvenience because now we had tofind alternative meals for both lunch and dinner. I will never order from this location again. In all fairness a compensationshould be in order but we were unable to contact the restaurant. Read more

They don?t fill the bowls very full yet we are raising prices? Weird- The employee (clearly not understanding how to properly... pack a bag) put my bowl in sideways- yes you heard that right sideways. The one minute walk to my car resulted in the bagstarting to ripe and out came pouring out juice from my bowl. All over my pants, car ect. I'd really like to give the 3 front workers a 5? review, but... I was in there the other evening and they were busting their... backs trying to take care of all the online orders and people that were standing in line at the restaurant. My order was late,but that was understandable. The reason I only gave 4? is because this wasn't the 1st time my order wasn't followed. I wasdisappointed that my request for extra on 2 items wasn't followed and even appeared to cause my order to receive less. I knowthat couldn't be a fact. Went there yesterday (6-24-22) for dinner and waited in line for 30 minutes before ordering. My boyfriend and I got a burrito... and asked for a little extra white rice and she said that what she had was all she had and could t give us more! They all seemedreally crabby to be there! Online it says they are open until 10 PM. On their door it says they are open until 10 PM. I walk in at 9:01 and they say they... are closed 9:00. I asked them if they could kindly make me a burrito and they said ?no we are closed, which part of that do younot understand?. My fiancé I order my food through grub hub due to living in the Philippines and she had to order through there due to having to... use PayPal to make the payment. This was my Christmas gift from her witch was a whole day of work for her and this is what Ireceived. I have tried multiple times to get a refund to her account with no answer.
