Used to be a nice establishment to bring your kids and get ice cream within a reasonable time came here today since it?s been a... while, went though the drive through ordered two blizzards after realizing they only charged for one they then preceded to take20 mins to complete the order and only after My passenger got out of the car to go in did I get my ice cream. One was melted theother was on its way. I will never go back in there and wouldn?t recommend it to anyone else. I?d rather waste gas and go out myway for better service good luck. Read more

Don't recommend this location anymore. It used to be a reasonable time for a drive thru order. Today 05/21/22 I ordered 1 shake... and 1 burguer and waited over 10 minutes on the drive thru window and they asked me to wait ahead and that took another 10minutes. So they did give me the shake right the way but basically 20 minutes of wait for 1 burguer. And while waiting I couldsee a lot of cars just leaving the line so the location is losing business due extremely longwaits. ???????????????????????????????????????? Read more
This location is usually pretty quick and on point with the orders. Unfortunately, the last time we visited, the drive thru and... the lobby was jam packed with people, but we were still able to order and get our food and ice-cream relatively fast, but with afew mistakes. There were a number of others standing around waiting for stuff that they missed or made incorrectly, etc...Definitely a few angry customers. I can only imagine going through the drive thru. Anyway, it's a bunch of young kids workingwhen it was overly busy, so I wasn't too upsent or annoyed by the situation since it should have been a bit expected. Read more
Worst service ever. Took 20 minutes to get my food that is nuts. Was not busy at all. The teenagers they have working are... worthless. Never again. Update gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the manager felt bad and gave us the whole meal for free. Thanku. Read more
It was very busy but the young man at the window was very nice and even took the extra step of putting lids on my pup cups for... easier transport. I have never had anyone do that before and it was such a nice thing to do! Read more
I had beyond the BEST SERVICE I have ever received from here!! We came in on 08/16/2022 It was about 8:20 at night and they were... getting slammed!! Everything from the person who took our order to the person that passed it out to us!! Our burgers chickenstrips and fries were FRESH!!! The blizzards were amazing!!! The woman I believe that was in charge of the store( lady withshort dark hair) SUCH A SWEETHEART you can just tell the crew loves her!! Well definitely be back!!!! Read more
