Waited 2 or almost 3 hours for the pizza last time so I decided to do carry out. They said it was ready for pick up, went to... pick it up and it wasn?t even ready yet. Told them I was picking up an order and they just walked away. Honestly, I don?t evenknow why this dominos is still here if there is this much of a bad review on here. WORST dominos ever! Read more
Ordered pizza, checked the status after an hour of no updates and the tracker said it had been delivered, looked around outside... can't find anything then 10 minutes later get an email saying my order was cancelled. It's past midnight now and pretty much nofood places are open, really screwed up my dinner plans for the night. Probably not be the employees fault if they get onlineorders beyond what is possible to fulfill but then the company should prob do something to fix it, or at least tell me when Iorder it's impossible instead of an hour later when all other options have disappeared. Very very friendly phone order. The woman that took my order was very thorough, friendly, had a welcoming attitude. She didn't... over talk me like a lot of these receptionists do (other resturants) when I place an order for delivery. Super job young lady!Because of your great service, I will call again????? Do not order pizza from this location. After waiting 2 hours for my delivery to even go out I called to cancel the order and was... laughed at on the phone. Worst dominos I?ve ever had experience with. Do not waste your money or time. Read more
Literally ordered a pizza online at 8:45 pm. It?s now 10 pm and when I called the store, it puts you on hold for 30+ minutes and... you cannot speak to an actual person. Then, when I got through, someone picked up the phone and put it on the counter so I couldhear them talking and hear the ringing of the phone of others calling in, but no one actually picked it up to talk to me. It?s acomplete disaster. As a former restaurant manager, this makes me crazy. Always answer the phone. Always address the customer.Never order from this place.
