Nothing like working stoned. Stopped by for coffee and a donut. In the drive thru. Handed me my coffee and donut and said you... can go now. I asked is it free today ? Replied oh yeah I need some money. Me: How much ? Oh just wait a minute. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I think they need to be mindful that when people order a drink with dairy free milk and they... don't make it with dairy free milk, there's serious consequences for the customer. Offering for it to be corrected andpretending to "fix" it caused their dairy free customer a trip to the urgent care. Do better Read more

Poor customer service. Slow service. Staff were standing around talking amongst themselves... incredibly rude for no reason.... Attitude for no reason. You're getting paid to serve people... I don't see the reason to be rude. This has been on more than oneoccasion. Today I'm officially done with this location. Unacceptable. Read more

I come here a lot for coffee b/c the location is very convenient. Service is a constant headache though. Their drive through... line moves at a snail's pace, so I usually place mobile orders for pickup inside. The last two weeks when I have gone the lobbyhas been locked, and I had to get back into a long line to grab my coffee I already paid for. Staff doesn't care enough toupdate the app to "drive through only" or to put up a sign. Read more

I honestly have no idea why I still try this location. It's either a disgruntled rude employee with a bad attitude or they get... my order completely wrong. Today it was getting nothing I ordered unless I saw them bag it. For starters I walked in because thedrive thru line was backed up, no one said ANYTHING. 2 employee walked past the counter without a single word. Aside from a cellphone sitting on the coffee bar counter no one was upfront, and a line forming behind me. After about 5 mins a girl emerged fromthe back and quickly took our orders. Probably the only smile I saw in the place. I ordered a donut and hash browns for eachchild and a coffee and croissant sandwich for myself. What I got was the donuts and coffee (coffee set on the counter without aword so had to look to make sure it was mine) An English muffin sandwich that tasted like freezer burned cardboard and plainstuffed bagels. No hash browns. I'd rather back track to Hugo and try their location than go here again. I'm so over it. Read more

First donut shop donuts in years and was really looking forward to them... but BLECH. Boston Creme was so stale it CRUMBLED.... Other donuts were also stale tasting. The breakfast sandwich (egg, sausage, croissant) was good at least. But my dream of aFRESH made donut will have to go unfulfilled until I decide to make my own, I guess. (On the other hand the door dash servicewas quick and good.) Read more

Stopped for a few donuts this morning. I was the only one in the drive-thru line and no one was in the store, so they weren?t... busy. Ordered four donuts and two hash browns. The donuts were thrown into a bag and smashed together so that the frosting stuckto the side of the bag and was basically ruined. The hash browns looked to be re-cooked and slightly burnt. My kids said thedonuts were good but the hash browns tasted burnt. How hard can it be to serve quality food in a professional way when yourselection is so limited? Read more
