I live 3 blocks from this store and have decided not to patronize any longer. I will literally drive 2-3 miles somewhere else... where your presence actually matters to the employees. The customer service is 0/10. I may be in the minority when it comes tocustomer service and convenience stores but in my opinion it is still very important. I hope the owner of this store reads thispost as he/she has a goldmine but could do so much better with some better leadership. Read more

Hello, I went to the holiday this morning after getting off work at around 6:25a off English in st.Paul Mn 55106. Walked in and... was ignored by Andrea the assistant manager. I proceeded to greet her she said hi one moment .. when she came over she rolledher eyes and ask whT I need .. I told her gas and a cigar.. after trying to explain which kind I wanted she was very dismissiveand began to roll her eyes again. Another employee walked up and instead of continuing to help me or inform me he would behelping me she handed over the cigar to him and said finish with her. Not even telling him I also needed gas. The entireexperience was distasteful and kind of hurtful. I would like something done about this being that this isn?t her first or secondtime ..I?ve been a manager and supervisor at a lot of customer service jobs and this isn?t how to conduct yourself or keepcustomers. I ask that she gets more training or denote to a regular employee or find a job that she is happy with to betterserve her customers ..I feel like I?ve been discriminated against and it?s nasty .. if she?s an assistant manager and will betraining others her behavior I feel that this establishment won?t last long or there will be many law suits Read more

This store struggles a lot compared to other nearby Holiday gas stations. Empty supply more frequent than other stores; granted... it's harder for trucks to get into their tiny lot to bring supplies. There's a lot of drama from the employees particularly themale manager, I've witnessed him insult customers on several occasions. I finally figured out this is a franchise store; many ifnot most of the employees here would not survive employability at a corporate-owned store. You'll figure it out & eventuallyjust start visiting other Holiday stores and gas stations. Read more

It is always nice to walk into a clean - well stocked store with non-stick counters and soda lids with straw available. Also... customer service with a smile and great attitude - makes this visit one of the best- thanks to the team on staff this afternoon. Read more

I was getting energy drinks and pop and wanted to cash two simple lottery tickets that were sitting around. Right away she said... I don't do that when I'm by myself it takes too much time and how he already told his supervisor that he doesn't do lottery. Iwas going to use the winnings to pay for my stuff, but i guess not. Name was kayliah or something. Very very poor customerservice. Read more
