I ordered for pickup a few weeks back. When I arrived at the store, my order was not ready, but the (I assume) manager... apologized and stated they were starting it right away and offered me beverage size upgrades for the inconvenience. I orderedseveral sandwiches and sides and they were done quickly - I waited no more than 5 or 6 minutes. After my order was done, it gotboxed up nicely with napkins, and the manager even gave me a few sides of the kickin' ranch to try (which was delicious!). I wasvery impressed at the customer service, and truly didn't mind waiting at all. I know the world is understaffed right now andthey all did a great job. :) Food was great, btw! Read more
