The guys working here were extremely courteous and helpful. I had few questions???? and they've had the answer for all of them.... Everything was clean and comfortable. I ordered for pickup a few weeks back. When I arrived at the store, my order was not ready, but the (I assume) manager... apologized and stated they were starting it right away and offered me beverage size upgrades for the inconvenience. I orderedseveral sandwiches and sides and they were done quickly - I waited no more than 5 or 6 minutes. After my order was done, it gotboxed up nicely with napkins, and the manager even gave me a few sides of the kickin' ranch to try (which was delicious!). I wasvery impressed at the customer service, and truly didn't mind waiting at all. I know the world is understaffed right now andthey all did a great job. :) Food was great, btw! Read more
Stopped at this location around the late evening to grab sandwiches. The employees (2) greeted us right away. Super friendly and... attentive! A young male made our sandwiches, and they are the BEST Jimmy John sandwiches we've ever had. Thank you for theexperience! Read more
This location has poor customer service. Several times we have had orders incorrect. I will not be returning after this last... time. We ordered online for pick up. We got our order home to find them incorrectly made. They were drenched in oil and a onehad no meat(both beach clubs). We called the store and we're offered a cookie with our next order for the mistake. I requestedto have our order remade or refunded since the order was very incorrect. The employee said they would remake them, but thoughtwe grabbed the wrong order. The receipt with the bag was correct. When we went back the manager begrudgingly remade the order,but not before accusing us of trying to get free food and denying the order couldn't possibly be wrong. I made a formalcomplaint about the customer service, but no one responded. Read more
