My wife and I came in at 7:44pm on Tuesday Oct 11th 2022, and were told it was too late to serve us white rice with Orange... Chicken and Mongolian Chicken, because it had to be prepared. 16 minutes BEFORE closing. This is the second time this sameemployee has refused service because closing time was coming up (last time she refused to make an order because it was 7 minutesbefore closing, which was annoying but made a little more sense). So yeah, I'm done with this garbage customer service, lazyemployees refusing to make an order while they had plenty of time before closing. This establishment used to be great. I'mdone. Read more
Food was great and fresh, service was amazing. Strawberry lemonade was fresh and crisp. Over all, better than any other Leeann... chins in Minnesota. No joke. Actually sooooo good. ???? Read more
I would rate a zero if possible I was just in the restaurant 3 mins ago went to place my order the same order I place every... Single time Beef and broccoli without the broccoli because I am Allergic to Brock. I have never ever ever had any one tell meyou can?t do that at any location. I also go to this location 213 times a month. The lady came running from the kitchen partdays ?you can not do that!!!?it is not allowed and I am the manager. I said I?m sorry I order this every time from here andother locations I am allergic to broccoli and it?s the only item I eat from here. She was super super rude and said no I willgive you very little meat and plate of carrots. Excuse me?? I am so disappointed in how she handled this and I was told bydistric managers you can order anything on the menu and mix it or make it any way you want to. If she is or was the manager sheneeds to take some classes on professionalism along with how to speak to people and customers!! I will never return to thislocation. Read more
Ordered our food... Staff behind the counter was great. Got our food, paid, sat down to eat quick (was on the verge of my blood... sugar dropping), and as I go to take my first bite, the manager on duty comes out and tells us that we can't sit in therestaurant and have to leave because they close in 15-minutes (though the sign outside said they are open till 8, and we satdown a little before 7:30) and stated everyone has to leave right when they close. Advised the manager it will easily take usless than 15-minutes to eat (we only got the an entrée without rice, so small bowl). She continued to argue with us andimplying that we were stupid to think we could sit in the restaurant bc the staff was already mopping and they had a specific TVoff (which we hadn't even noticed). Rude, rude, rude. ???? (PS, we got back into our car at 7:44 PM, and can guarantee they didnot close in 15-minutes like the manager said and were continuing to serve customers till after that.) small portions!!! staff is rude I asked for a little bit of extra meat and he was like oh that would be $4.50. well this is what... I got for $12 a half a scoop of rice a half a scoop of bourbon chicken and one full scoop of orange chicken. when I askedbecause there?s other customer that had very much larger portions to my size . Food is always hot and tasty. My only issue is NOBODY WEARS GLOVES HANDLING FOOD. I have worked in the food industry... everyone... knows when you cook or serve food.. wear gloves. I've been here many times and although I keep coming back.. I'd like them totake this into consideration... Read more
