It was news to me today. That when you order a combo meal. If you have them hold things from the burger. Such as mustard and... pickles in my case. You are charged individual prices. NOT at the combo price. Didn't see that in the fine print on the menu. ??Every angle to make up for pandemic shut down? Next time I will know to just order it and scrape off what I don't want. Horrible service with no apologies or thank you. This is the 2nd time we stopped by, and the 2nd time, they forgot a part of our... order. Not to miss, they've never gave us napkins either. I go in for the missing hotcakes with sausage and they just laugh.Didn't even apologize. Customer service needs to be a training here! Read more

Swung through the drive through after fasting blood test. Waited to be helped for no apparent reason but the food was hot and... hit the spot. Don't remember McDonald's prices that high but it's been a bit since I've stopped by. Read more

Ordered 2 six piece mcnuggets... only received one, went back to get the second and there was only 5 in the box. I didn't check... the first box before giving it to my kid chances are it was missing one to because he usually eats only 4 and he finished hisbox rather quickly. They also were very adamant about seeing the receipt and had to study it to see that they're were 2 sixpieces on it. Yes I had a bogo coupon from the app and technically only paid for one, but still I expected 12 nuggets alltogether. Bad experience at this location. Read more

Beyond frustrating trying to order at drive-thru. Might be good for management to listen in on these orders from time to time. ... Woman who took my order was arguing about a substitution that is allowed at every other McDonalds (even the cashier agreed itwas allowed). Then she starts adding random items onto my order screen that I never ordered. It's not likely we'll be back. Read more

Dajeah was so nice and friendly and made me feel welcome even though the store closed in 10 minutes. I felt bad for coming in... that close to close but she assured me that it was okay and took care of me and gave me a great guest experience. She was verypositive and bubbly and took my order with great accuracy and read everything back to me to make sure I got everything on myorder correctly. Her and her other coworkers were very friendly as well. I would definitely and will definitely be coming backbecause of the food (temperature and taste was good) and because of the amazing guest experience that she gave me. I had a badday at work and just needed some food after a long day and she turned my night around. So if you can relay this to her, let herknow she?s doing great and I appreciated her. Read more

Stopped in on a Saturday, I was 5 min from where I needed to be with 15 min to spare, pulled in the drive through and sat, I... finally ordered, and finally got to the window, I should have said cancel my order and just give me a coffee, I paid of abreakfast meal, got to the next window, I did get my coffee, then told to park off to the right side, I waited and waitedothers got their food, I got nothing but my coffee, now I am at 10a and I am late for my meeting, so I drove off, my largecoffee was $8. This is what they are serving! When I contacted manager (Don) his response was he highly doubts they served a raw burger and if... that was true I could bring it back and get my money back or they'd make me a new one! $34 order and that's their reaction!Never again! Straight disgusting! Read more
