They didn't give us our whole order had to go inside to get it right. The manager was extremely nice and gave me correct order... BUT the food was cold cheese wasn't even melted. Do they use a microwave is my question? The burger buns were falling apartbecause they were stale. Very rude staff other then the manager. Read more
This is the first loc6of mcdonald been to; placed a online order thru there app and went to the drive thru disappointed due to... only one order taker but have 2 lane open have to wait 10 minutes just for them to verify my app online order. When order wasverify went to the cashier and now the cashier is trying to charge me for an order that I already paid for which isunacceptable. This is the worst experience I?ve ever had with McDonald?s. The Southlawn Maplewood McDonald?s is really bad. it took 40 minutes... to get my order, I can?t even believe I stayed that long. When I asked to cancel the order, the rude lady there said I need tocall in order to cancel. The excuse given was that there?s only 3 people working tonight, and that is not acceptable. DoorDash breakfast and no utensils were included as well as syrup and butter. I called and heard them say he can wait on hold... til he hangs up. I called back and they did it again. this is the worst mcdonalds ive been to. i usually dont leave negative reciews but something needs to change here. the times i... have been here the staff have been very rude and unhelpful. i am usually very patient for fast food and retail workers but wheni wait over 20 minutes for my food ALSO with mean workers it is a horrible experience. there was one nice worker here her namewas ashley so exempt her from this she is doing a lovely job. please fix this. i asked for an egg sausage mcmuffin and as soon as i opened it, it?s burnt. i asked for a new one and they said they ran out of... eggs and they couldn?t make another one. it was disgusting. my experience here has always been slow. never go through thedrive-thru here, they take forever, even if it?s just one or two people. they always have you pull up to the side for just onething that should just be ready.
