I?m not sure if management or ownership look at these and I hope they do, today 11/23/22 I went through the drive through at... about 2-2:10pm and the young lady that was working the back window (money) with absolutely BEAUTIFUL braids and an even morebeautiful smile, complimented my smile and she doesn?t even know who I am but I have been struggling major with depression andher small act of kindness gave me hope for today!! I used to go to this place, maybe once a month or twice a week sometimes to get pancakes and some coffee in the morning. This... morning I forgot to check my bag and went home not knowing I had the wrong order. I ordered 2 orders of hotcakes and an egg andcheese McGriddle, come to find out I paid 13.52 for 2 pork sausages and one hotcake instead of what I asked for in thebeginning. It?s not that hard to give the right order to someone, since people work there and they?re responsible for keepingtrack. This place is disgusting and it?s filled with these horrible workers. This company as a whole is going down the drain but for this store alone this is crazy. I drive past the one on Maryland, past... the one on suburban, to come to this one because normally it's quality (well for what mckdonalds offers anyways) however Iordered a mckchicken and mckdouble and they felt like they had been sitting on the counter for the last 2 hours, i wasnt evengoing to attempt to eat either. The big Mac felt good so I decided to eat it. 2 bites in I almost threw up. Not sure how todescribe the taste but it taste like nothing edible... I ordered a smoothie and that seems good I was made to wait on my freshfries and thankfully those were fresh because it's about all im eating tonight. Read more
If I can give 0 stars I would for service. They also have an attitude all the time when i come and when something is wrong they... get upset like you did it. It needs to be shut down or they need better employees including some managers. Read more
On Tuesday afternoon, The young man who took our money was respectful, polite,and kind. The 2 yr old boy(that's how he acted)... that, gave us incorrect order, and when we said, it was wrong: he got confrontational with us,rude, mouthy, and he said, weshould just go, so very disrespectful, and unprofessional!! When we asked for manager: he shut the window on us, and kept makingrude comments to us(even though the manager was right there)!! Manager didn't say anything to him!! This McDonalds was pretty good! Avoid the drive through if you order online as the wait time is a bit longer and I did have... missing items or even the wrong orders given to me. Ordering in the store was easy and fast. 7/10 would recommend. Read more
I just like this location and it's by a bunch of other businesses. And they are fairly quick with the service. They seem to... always have their food hot too not like warm hamburgers or fries. It's a cozy little area. I've always been satisfied withthis McDonald's. ???? Read more
