The roof top had a nice atmosphere overlooking the stadium, fun place to hang out before a Saints game. Blu burger and fries... were delicious but the nachos were not good. The menu said it would have three types of cheese on there and all you could see ortaste was the soft squirt cheese which I believe was supposed to be the beer cheese not good. The chicken on the nachos wasflavorless and very very dry. I would not recommend the chicken nachos. Read more

Pretty cool rooftop place. Wish they had like a good pizza or something. The entrance and elevator up is pretty sketchy but... definitely cool up top and overlooks saints stadium Read more

While I?ve had a couple of OK experiences on the rooftop, the experience last night turned me off. Unable to make a reservation... online, I called three times with no answer & zero voicemail. My reservation request was not denied (via email) until an hourbefore I hoped to have dinner there with a friend, causing me to scramble to find somewhere else on a Friday night. Neither oneof us wanted to pay for parking etc. only to find out the place may have a private party or have permanently closed last week. Ispent way too much time looking through their site, checking email, & calling them to come up with nothing. ? With all of theshifts during the pandemic, info about restaurant closures is rarely updated on their websites & Google business page so beingable to get a hold of the place or making a reservation online is key before planning your evening there. Ordered the Bootlegger. The description says "muddled mint, simple syrup and lime". There is not a lime or mint leaf to be... found. Tastes like mouthwash. View was great, but stick to beer to enjoy it. Read more

For a Justin Sutherland restaurant I expected much better. The food and drink choices were lacking in variety and very... expensive, and the service was a complete miss. We were disappointed the inside wasn't open which meant no arcade, and that wasone reason we chose this venue. That said, the rooftop was the other reason and the location was spectacular. We enjoyed seeingCHS Stadium and St Paul Airport from our table. But when we sat down it was ten minutes before anyone came over to help us. Theserver actually made eye contact with us a couple times but then proceeded to clean empty tables before helping us. Even a quickgreeting and letting us know she'd be with us in a moment would've been amenable but we felt like we didn't exist. When theserver made it to us she seemed cross and sort of upset we were even here. When we got menus we were pretty disappointed. Thedrinks seemed lazy. Many were some spirit mixed with Red Bull and that was it. I don't need to be a bartender to do that myselfat home for a lot less money. And there were only like six drinks in total. The drinks were fine quality but our second roundwas served in a different glass and tasted substantially different. The lack of standardization is puzzling. The food was fine. Not bad, not great. Unlike Justin Sutherland's other restaurants, this isn't winning any awards, though it's priced like it may. Read more

I was here a couple of weeks ago, and had a good time. However, there were a few things that made it a lackluster... experience. 1. The biggest issue is that we went to check out the arcade, which it turns out doesn't exist. They do have Jengaand Shuffleboard, but that's it. They should definitely update the website and Google listing to reflect that there is noarcade. 2. Getting to the rooftop involves leaving the restaurant, cutting through a parking ramp, and taking the world'sslowest elevator to the top level. This is mostly beyond Ox Cart's control, but it's worth mentioning for people interested ingoing. 3. The menu was pretty expensive for what it was. If I did come back, it'd probably just be for a couple of drinks andnot for a meal or appetizers. All in all, it was still a good time and I loved the rooftop view, but it could have been better.
