I did online order with in store pick up. This experience was very easy, I liked how it had the option to pay in store because I... don?t like to use my credit card/debit card online since I have had a bad experience with it in the past where it was hacked andmy information was stolen (not through this company, it was through a different company). The employee was friendly. The pizzawas amazing because all my children asked me to order from the same place again, that?s how much they liked it. I order carry out on 4/17/22 for a large "the works" but this times it was a disappointment. Not alots of pepperoni or sausage... on the pizza, lots of black olive and worst of all, most of the toppings are toward the center of the pizza and nothing close tothe edge, except cheese. I'm usually happy with thier order but this times it's poor service/pizza. Read more
We order delivery from this location once every month or so. Overall, pretty consistent with food quality and speed. We have... received some deliveries towards the end or right outside of the estimated time and without us saying anything, they sent us afree pizza coupon in multiple occasions, which is just amazing. I am sure it's part of their system that automatically tracksdelivery times and sends the coupons out, but how awesome is that of them to keep their promise, most other places would justignore it unless someone calls. Phone answered by a very kind women that cared about the way she communicates with people. I tried to order from east side... pizzeria and waited 2 hours with no delivery, ordered here and she was very kind and placed the order. Pizza took half hour longer, when we called they made up some excuses. Ok, so it?s a little late, we get it, it?s cold outside... and all. Not a single time do they apologize or offer any time of consolation... when the pizza arrives, we forget about thedelay and all we want is our pizza, well the crust was all burnt. Terrible.
