This was the first time in a long time ordering from Pizza Hut.. I order my food, give my card info, & the gal from Pizza Hut... hung up right after I gave my card info.. didn?t say nothing. Just click! So I call back, & they put me through to the actualstore. ( Evidently when you order, it goes to Texas- that?s what I was told) so I tell both people what happened & at this timeI?m talking to the store cashier and she assures me that my order was there, but I hadn?t paid for it. I said well the gal( inTexas) took my card info! So I give the store cashier my card info and she says it was declined.. weird, cuz I just got paid.She tells me to check my online banking. I hang up & look up my online banking, and not only was I charged, but twice! So I callback & again put through to the store. She says to bring in my phone and show her. I bring it in, show her, she gets storemanager.. the store manager then looks in computer, finds that it was paid on one and then another receipt says owed balance.She tells me she?s sorry and that 2nd charge ?should? come off my account in 3-5 days.. otherwise if not I?ll have to contactthem, maybe get my bank involved etc.. ok. Order never came, after 30 min we called and they said it would take another hour before it would have been delivered. I... understand places are short staffed, but there was extremely poor communication and lack of knowledge from several of the staffthat we talked to on the phone. I wouldn't give them any stars honestly. Once again, an order was placed, the driver gave a weak excuse on not trying to... communicate with us properly or calling and in the end the cancelled my order and gave a refund. I mean come on now it's nothard communicating with ignorant people we spend money on your restaurant, and you can't even try harder, and the thing is youwant to say we can reorder our meal we just paid you for our meal and it takes time for the money for the to come back on thecard my order should of been made fresh and I would of just picked it up then not have to replace my order and wait. When I havebeen waiting for over two hours now which is sad thumbs down for customer service and the drivers. they need to stop playingwith customers money. Last time I ever order from pizza hunt. Once again no sauce on the pizza. It was cut oddly also. Called the first time to let... them know only to get manager this super annoyed I even called. I also got bread sticks only to have them not be cut. I had a 20dollar credit on my account I still ended up paying 15 dollars out of pocket. For the price you would think it would be better.Just not worth it. Read more
Wife and I experienced the "BIG Dinner Box" meal that was an online delivery. We are not big eaters but it looked really good on... the pizza hut commercial. Well, for two people it's huge. (More like the size of the Titanic - Recommend 3-4 people) However,everything was hot and fresh. The leftovers were good the next day. Even the chicken wings (bone out) were very good. Read more
I ordered some stuff from this restaurant and scheduled it for delivery. Realized I put in wrong address, so I call to clear... that up. Employee who picked up the phone was RUDE. I tried explaining to him what happened. I said I?d give my correct address.He wouldn?t even let me explain before he said ?yeah we don?t deliver to your address?, he then canceled the order and hung up!The hell?
