I wish I could give 0 stars as they don't actually deliver food. I waited 2 hours and received nothing. I was told they had not... received a order from me despite having recieved tracking and them charging my card. When I called the number I gotrepresentative on the #2 line. I never got through to anyone at the store. Nothing but ringing until the phone hangs up. I hadto file a charge back on my card with my bank to get a refund. I wish I checked the reviews for this location first. I'm notsure how this place is even open. Read more
Oh my gosh! My worst pizza experience ever was at Pizza Hut in Maplewood. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza this morning and it... was so hard and burnt! Apparently, it was a leftover pizza from the previous day that was kept in ther warmer. It tastedhorrible, I had to throw away the entire pizza. My money was wasted! Read more
I called this location at 9:19 PM, and ordered a medium hand-tossed Italian sausage and black olive pizza. I gave them the... address I was located at, and explicit instructions on how to find me. I was told that the driver would be calling me. I saidthat was fine. I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes. So I waited. It is now 11 PM, and no sign of a driver no phone call,and no pizza. I'm p*ssed. Worse, I'm still hungry, as as a truck Driver, I am unable to drive anywhere else for food. THANKS. Read more
Ordered a "deal" for a large one topping and one specialty pan pizza. Got charged and didn't get the first pizza. The pan pizza... isn't buttered and looked emaciated, the worker said "yeah, that's what they look like with toppings" very doughy and cheesewasn't fully melted Read more
Terrible service. They cook your pizza and then call door dash to deliver it even though you ordered straight through Pizza Hut.... Pizza was going to arrive over an hour after the pizza was ready according to their pizza tracker. Watched the door dash driverstop and pick up more deliveries and deliver them while on the way. This is why I don?t order through door dash. I called thestore before the door dash driver arrived and asked them to refund me which they said they would and it would show up in acouple of days and still nothing. I didn?t accept the pizza and instructed the driver to take it back to the store. So now PizzaHut has my money and I didn?t even get my hour and some old pizza. Have submitted a few complaints through the the Pizza Hut website and just get the automated email that someone from the store will contact me but nothing. Guess I just keep leaving badreviews and emails until someone takes care of this. Door Dash is a joke and Pizza Hut fails it?s customers and employees bysubbing out to them. Very disappointed. If I could rate ZERO star I would. I ordered breadstick and got a loaf of bread instead. I called the... location to try and resolve the problem. The GM pretty much called me a liar and told me that she cut the breadstick herself.See attached picture... does it even look like it was cut. I couldn't even cut it with a knife. Mind you this is for a smallbusiness lunch meeting. The GM of the store was very rude and did nothing. Will be calling the corporate about this. Read more
