First time eating here. I wanted to see what the fuss was about. I tried a 4 chicken finger box combo. I asked what sauces they... had. I was told they only had their Cane's sauce and hot sauce. I asked for hot sauce and unsweetened iced tea with lemon. Theyforgot the hot sauce. They forgot the lemon. The fries were bland, undercooked and not salted. The chicken fingers were cookedperfectly but bland with no spices or seasonings or flavor. The Cane's sauce tastes like fishy tarter sauce with ketchup. Verygross. The coleslaw was okay but bland. I wish I'd gone to Popeye's. I won't be returning. It cost me $11.80. I feel like Iwasted my money for a meal I don't even feel like finishing. Read more

.good food good service less than professional management. Manager was in the next booth over discussing with various employees... the business operations About sloppy kitchen, leftover food not in clean area. Some attitude issues with some. All this shouldhave been done in an office or backroom. Managers style was all about his success and how others should mimic him From myperspective it was a joke and not very appetizing overhearing the sloppy kitchen issues. I eat at Canes a lot and will continuebecause it's good food. But maybe Chick fill et would be a better option. Read more

Food hot and fresh, friendly staff and not long wait inside. Chicken fingers seemed smaller compared to Blaine location I go to... but still tasted good! Like how they covered sauces and coleslaw. Not super crazy about coleslaw but not horrible. Wish theywould serve some other healthier options but that's corperate Canes decision. Would visit again :) Read more

The customer service was excellent. The food was delicious as always - I would have given 5stars but every time I go, the... portion size gets smaller and the price goes up. I mean, good food, just not a regular stop for me anymore. Read more

Very disappointed in the person taking my order. I tried to order a 4-piece combo without the bread, Cole slaw and Cane's sauce.... She insisted I had to order them separately which wound up costing me more. I tried to talk to her but she wouldn't listen--shewas rude and bossy. The person taking my money was polite as was the person giving me my food. The bossy one needs a lesson incustomer service. The food was good. Each person represents the company and one bad one can cause a distaste for the entireestablishment. Read more

I used the drive thru. One of the lanes was closed but I still made it through rather quickly. There was a delay for fresh... fries, but I was happy to wait because my food was delicious. The staff was friendly but not very mindful - they forgot my hotsauce. Given the circumstances, being the busy dinner rush, I will still rate them well. Read more

They forgot our Texas toast and the fries were gross, half of them were burnt. Who in their right mind would consider this... serve-able? Not worth the price. We were very excited for this location to open but we will most likely avoid it because of thelack luster service/food quality. Read more
