Really disappointed that within the two weeks I've been here my drinks have tasted so watered down. I usually have a vanilla soy... latte. You can't even taste the vanilla nor the soy milk. They used to make it taste so good. Read more
Usually have excellent service at this location but today was truly something else. Ended up waiting inside for my drink for, no... exaggeration, 30 minutes. It seems as though the 6 workers simply cannot manage time well and don?t know how to be a teamplayer. Probably won?t visit this location until the holidays are over, or ever. Read more

Today we went through the drive through to get two cups of coffee. From the time we pulled in to the line to the time we finally... received our drinks it was 20 minutes. There were 5 cars in front of us. I have never had to wait at a drive through atStarbucks for this long. When we finally got to the window we still had to wait longer for our drinks to actually be made. Thekicker is the drinks weren?t even made right. So I said something and had to wait for the drinks to be made correctly. Theydidn?t offer a discount for the long wait. I have now had two horrible experiences at this location and will not be going backagain. If the employees at this location were actually working efficiently together the process would run smoother. I?d saythere is definitely a training lacking at this location! I worked in the industry and am dissatisfied with this location. It?s ashame because it?s the closet one to my house! Read more

I am rarely here were there isn't a line. They are very efficient, the drinks are always very good; this is my go-to Starbucks... in the area. Read more
Nice place to stop by and get a drink
The drive thru was busy but the line moved reasonably fast. Just had a little issue communicating the drink to the order taker... but we got the point across eventually. They were all out of brown sugar syrup but I am sure that is a supply chain issue so Idon't blame them for that. Read more
