Don?t bother. First this place sucked because the employees were nasty and dirty. Gave it another chance knowing that there were... new owners. Place an order for curbside pickup. Says it will be about 15 minutes, fine. So I get there at the scheduled time andcheck in. Not a single soul comes out. I wait ten more minutes until I finally decide to just venture in. Stand at the counter,not a single soul on site. Finally someone comes out from around the corner to hand me my order. Tells me they don?t have thedrink or chips I requested. Maybe contact the customer somehow or come out and tell me? Burnt, forgot the cheese and there?sbarely a small pinch of lettuce. Made a order online for in store pickup with a coupon for buy one sub get one free. Note: not all subways will honor it and you... will find out buy placing a order and getting a followed up email saying cancelled. But on to the food part . Surprisingly, the bread was chewy and stale. I expect that from Jimmy John's, but not subway. Also, I asked for extra meat one... both subs, but only received it on one. And yes, I was charged for and paid for it. I was not going to travel all the way backthere for $2. This visit was disappointing at best. Read more
So I ordered from this store before they changed owners and my order was wrong- multiple orders. Tonight I ordered from the app... and both of my sandwiches were the basic sandwich that the app provides. I made changes and those changes show on the receiptthey chose not to read my order. I'll go back to the store on white bear and larpenture - never had a problem there. Not evenworth complaining - maybe back to Jersey Mike's - they are awesome. Read more
Just got the new enchilada sub on a flat bread. The kid working just slopped the meat on right in the center of the bread. I... ordered a seafood sub that the kid also slopped on. Didn?t even wrap the seafood one. Enchilada sub came crumbling apart. Themeat was also not mixed well with the sauce. Service was also slow. Wouldn?t suggest going here! Read more
Check your receipt! On two separate occasions I ordered a basic meatball marinara for $7 and they charged me $15 for a deluxe... sub. The boss assured me it was because of the cheese and bread that my sandwich came to $15, but it clearly stated on myreceipt that they charged me for a deluxe sandwich. It was a basic sub. This subway is a dump being ran by con-artists. Read more
