Just had a scary experience with an employee at this Subway. The guy was very confrontational and stared me down as he finished... up my sub. He seems very secure in his job as he did not care what he said to me. I get they are under staffed but it wouldseriously be better to be closed than have that guy make subs. Read more
I would love to have a manager or someone contact me about this review because I had absolutely the WORST experience. The... employee was INCREDIBLY rude and had NO customer service skills. I waited in line for 20 minutes while he was chatting it upwith another employee who was ordering several sandwiches. When it finally got to me because he had no sense of urgencywhatsoever, instead of greeting me or apologizing for the wait, says "what do you want". Takes forever assembling my sandwichand when it's done toasting and ready for veggies, instead of contining with my order he starts asking the person BEHIND ME whatthey want. Finally gets back to me and I finish the sandwich and go to pay. Stick my card in, am waiting, and instead of tellingme what needs to be done he says " waiting on you, man." Does this subway hire the rudest, slowest individuals with the worstcommunication skills? If so, you did a fantastic job. Read more
Severely understaffed. Placed an o line order at 5:15pm - app said it?d be ready by 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:28pm, lady who was... working said she?s be herself and there were about 9 people in line. Rather than make the food in the order received, she wantedto clear the line before making online orders. She marked my order ?ready? in the app at 5:35, probably for metrics, but it?s5:45pm and me & 2 other online orders have been waiting in store for our online orders to even start being made for more than 20minutes. Stopped by to grab a sub about an hour before closing and had a great experience. The guy working was awesome to talk to and... took his time making my meal. It was good enough that I felt compelled to write a review which I don't do very often. Whoeveryou had working, give that guy a raise. Place was clean, food was good and will go back 10/10 times. The guy working the lunch rush today was completely by himself and did an amazing job at keeping the line moving today. I didn't... catch his name but whoever you are, thank you! Customer service and delivery of my sandwich was impeccable and the service wasstreamlined to the best of his abilities. Kudos to you! Also, be nice to service industry workers. So this subway off of county rd D in Maplewood is pretty bad at making subs. This was my mess of a sub due to the maker putting... waaaaay too much of everything on it. Then didn?t even fold the sandwich. Tried wrapping it up getting it all slopped around.This pic is just when I opened the wrapping to see this giant mess. There is a lady there who puts way too much spinach on thesubs. I did a grubhub order at 10:39 am for this subway that is 6 mins from me. My order is not expected to be deliver until 12:10 pm.... Why? Why would it take almost two hours to get a 6 inch and a salad ! Why? ... ETA is now 12:05 pm. Never do the car side!! The app says to stay in your car but the store wants you to go pick it up from inside. The worker with... colorful hair looked unprofessional and I waited almost half an hour even tho I placed my order ahead. When I asked if thesystem wasn?t working he said ?I figured you?d come in??
