So I really dig this subway. The young man ( rico?) that works til 2am is the bees knees! Since that shorter older woman left he... has really stepped up his game. He is really trying to get better at his job and make your location a more desirable locationto eat at. He's thinking about co-workers and how to work together and it really shows. I was in there tonight and it wasclean, organized... And I always dig chatting him up. He's definitely an asset to this location. I think he should be promotedand for sure given a raise. Read more

This Subway is pretty decent. The staff are super friendly, they're attentive and they get the job done quickly and on point.... The girl that was helping us had only been there a week and she did a great job for us! Thanks! ???? Read more

Pretty consistently poor experience here. I live nearby and go very infrequently because I've never had a great experience.... Staff turnover seems high, and no staff are ever good and focused on the customer. It's always either the sandwich is poorlymade, or the customer service is slow or non existent, or both of those. It's Subway, sure. But there's apparently a contagiouslack of care at this store. It would be my go-to for a quick meal if I had any faith in a good experience. Read more

Today my partner put in a mobile order and the status said that the sandwiches were ready for pick up. He went in around 6:20pm... CST and the female employee told him and other customers that she was closing the store even though it doesn?t close until 12am.He left without our sandwiches or a refund. The store also wasn?t sanitary. We are very disappointed with the service and do notrecommend this location. Read more

Went in for a sandwich and the two ladies behind the counter were more so interested in there conversation than making... sandwiches. Stood there for about 2 minutes and they laid 2 pieces of ham on one sandwich bin that time frame. Never had suchpoor service at this location. Left after that. Read more

Might be the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've never felt so embarrassed going to order food before. The worker... taking my order didn't say a single word or make a single expression so I assumed they had a medical reason not to. It was myfirst time trying subway so I struggled to know what to do when making my own sandwich. At the end when the other employee askedwhat the order was, the person who I thought was mute answered for us with a rude smirk on her face. Read more

Today was supposed to be free sub from 10 to 12 and at 11:25am they stopped serving free sandwiches to the public. So I and... many other's paid for our sandwiches, wouldn't been a problem but some of the worker's there was rude, and it seemed to bethat way because people was still coming in as they were turning them away. Hope this store can pull it together and become abetter subway. Read more

For starters I just wanna say I tried calling the store back about the issue and I tried reaching out online as well and have... not received a response. March 30 around 9:30 PM I went in and ordered two sandwiches the first one was a spicy Italian(noissues) The second one was a tuna sub, I also want to say that the service was great the employees were friendly and able tomake everything quickly, however the food was not so good, The sandwich in question was the tuna one I also had guacamole addedto the sandwich($2/3 extra for one little scoop) The guacamole had a weird taste it was either expired or had went bad althoughit did not look brown, I could not finish the sandwich so I decided to rip off the bottom half where the guacamole was and justeat the top part but the tuna was also not that good. I am mediately got a really bad headache and started feeling nauseousalthough I did not vomit it was to the point where I could have, I tried calling the store there was no answer and I did notfeel well enough to drive back there. I?m not the type of person that usually complains or demands a refund but after gettingsick I definitely would want my money back! Receipt and picture of sandwich for proof TDLR : don?t order the tuna or theguacamole possibly could make you sick. Read more
