I wanted to appreciate whoever made the Philly cheesesteak on this fine evening. it was cheesy to the feeling as if you?re in a... trending tv commercial,I appreciate the way the cheese was hanging on by faith to that bodacious,fresh baked, pizza. Seemed very understaffed, app said pizza was ready. Went in to get pizza waited 10 minutes, wasn't greeted. Finally someone else... walked in the got someone's attention. So I did the same, only to be told one pizza from our order wasn't ready and it was inthe oven. Waited another 10 minutes and asked again. Same response, this time though guy pulling pizza out of oven and cutting(believe he said his name was Stephan) asked what the order was. When he found out, he ran over and literally made the pizza(not very well) and through it in the oven. When I got his attention, I asked how long. He said 6 minutes, and made a comment toeveryone waiting that if someone wanted to "put an apron on" maybe pizzas would be done faster. Waited another 15 minutes tillhe finally got the order done. Told him I wasn't happy and asked his name, he told me and said "for what? Refund? Not happening,we have to many orders maybe you could put an apron on and come back here and help." Won't be going back to this location again,poor customer service and blamed the customers, who are keeping the establishment open, for their mishandling of customers. Read more
Very slow and very rude! We waited 2 hours for pizza to be delivered. Finally received our pizzas one was wrong. We called in... and at first the manager said they would deliver then said we would receive a free pizza and they would not be deliveringit. After a group of 6 children had been waiting two hours we were frustrated and said a few choice words and the manager hungup. We ended up coming to pick up the correct pizza and the manager would not acknowledge us, then the manager came up becauseanother customer came in. I simply asked whether or not we would be helped then the man making the pizza was very rude said hewas hours late picking up his children. Not my fault we just wanted pizza. They insisted on calling me names and yelled. Theblonde long haired shaggy looking guy was shaking because he was so mad and for nothing! Told me to make a pizza myself. I toldthem multiple times if they'd just make the pizza I would leave. The man making the pizza kept talking about me loud enough so Icould hear and until I told him I was recording everything he wouldn't stop! They called the cops which was a complete joke. After ordering online, went to pick it up at the time I was given and waited 2 hours before leaving to pickup chicken at raising... cains. I can't believe I actually stood watching for 2 hours. That was dumb of me. I actually had to comfort my grandsons whimpering. He had tears in his eyes because he watched all the other customers walk out with pizzas. Read more
This location is super understaffed. Poor girl was the only one working and got a surge of orders! Please tip well or order from... a different location. DOMINOS CORPORATE: hire more employees with better wages and schedule them so that there isn't only oneperson working at a time! Read more
As long as you go pick it up yourself, the pizza is great. The big problem with this store (and the reason for the bad review)... is they're never available for online ordering. I'm honestly not sure if they're even open half the time. Read more
Ordered at 5:45 pm, got a message at 6:04 saying it was being prepared and would be ready for pick up at 6:35 to 6:45. Got to... store at 6:40, "10 more minutes" I was told, at 7:10 I was told 10 more minutes again, at 7:20 I was told they hadn't startedbaking yet and were about to start. Cancelled order. This is no good dominos, I understand having issues and I was reallypatient, but you need to be honest about times, and communicate better. Lost time, and still have to get food for my mom andson. I've only ordered online from this location, so I'm only reviewing the standard/quality of the food. Almost every order I've... placed for this location delivered under-cooked pizza and/or bread-bowls. The sandwiches and chicken wings are usually prettygood though. And I've never had an issue resolving the issue of the under-cooked food. Still happens a bit too frequently,especially with long delivery times. The food should be done. EDIT: I can't believe I had to edit this just three days later,but I placed an order that was once again undercooked, and got a 5 cheese dip that was empty. I was used to having the oven athome prepped to finish cooking my pizza, so when I called the store I settled for a "credit" for another 5 cheese dip & breadwith my next order. Placed that order today and called the store to use my "credit". The images are attached for all to see whatthey thought was acceptable to deliver a customer (even if it was free). I will no longer be a customer of this franchisebecause of the consistent low quality of food provided. Read more
