Pizza was good but chicken strips were cooked in old burnt oil. Not Edible.
I ordered the lunch special Roast beef sandwich on their garlic cheese bread and it was phenomenal! And who would of thought... that Imos would have good fries? All in all it was amazing. Got a full sized sandwich, full order of fries, and a 20oz drinkfor about $13. Totally worth it! Read more
Worst Imo's in Stlouis. By far. I have lived in Maplewood for years. Hampton used to deliever to my address, but not anymore.... And Webster will only do pick-ups, even though I am at the center of all 3. The people answering the phones are rude, or justout-right disinterested in taking my order. So I ordered on-line and my order is missing items. You are the worst. Read more

Just left this location right before closing time. The young African American girl with glasses who works the register has the... nastiest disposition. Such a shame. I doubt she will last long with the attitude she has. But Leah on the other hand has suchgreat customer service. Totally made up for my negative experience, and I told her too. The pizza was impossible to get out of the box. It stuck to it and we had to use a spatula but that just split the pizza in half... leaving the bread attached to the box. Paid for a full pizza, ate only part of it. Read more

I waited 2 hours for pizza. They sent it to another location in the area. I understand it may have been confusing to figure out... cause the address is the same for two buildings in the apartment, but one is apt A. When I called I tried to be veryunderstanding and nice. They acted like all I was trying to do is get free food. I sat there for 15 minutes trying to explain Inever got the pizza and trying to work with them to make it work. When I spoke to the manager she told me she?s trying to figureout if I?m just trying to get free food. Nobody took my name for the order so there was no way to tell if it was mine. Afterarguing about it she said she will give me a refund. I was only trying to be very kind and polite, but got very frustratedbecause I was being told I?m trying to get free food. I am just kind of in Aw that the manager handled this so poorly. Iunderstand steps were not taken by employees before her and it?s not all her fault, but it?s just ignorance to the fact I paidfor something I did not receive.
