I placed an order at 9:16pm to be delivered to my work at a hotel. I arrived at work early, so I could enjoy a hot pizza.... Received a text st 9:33pm stating it was out for delivery. By 10:30pm it never arrived. I called the store and there was noapology, but an "are you sure?" and was told to call the next for a refund because he couldn't help me......very poor customerservice! Trying to figure out why the site charged me a 18% "tip" to complete the order. When I picked up the order, and had to call the... man with NO personality to tell him I was there and wanted my food finally brought out, after a 20 minute wait ... No more ...Literally. no more pizza hut. I'd rather tip the bag boy at a grocery store for a frozen pizza. Read more
I ordered 2 Large Stuffed Crust pizzas tonight. And some wings. Ordered online. When I got there, I saw up on the screen that my... order was "Ready" Perhaps they should change that to "Ready and waiting" Because I said "hi" as I stepped up to the counter, andthe chick in the back? She couldn't be bothered to hand me my food. I stood waiting for 6 minutes. Then, when a different girlcame to take my payment -- the original chick MADE HER STOP, interrupted us, to log in an employee that had just walked in.Really? You can't log him in after I'm done paying? This delayed us getting our food another 4 minutes. Yall made my pizza 10minutes COLDER!! And you didn't even put bacon on half the pizza, and any piece that did have bacon had like 2 tiny bits. Yallare stingy rude and miserable people Read more
This is the best store. The manager is professional and makes sure you're taken care of! He makes sure your order is right and... you feel good. The delivery guy doesn't just throw your pizza and go, he smiles and ask if everything is ok. Best delivery guyEVER! Read more
Had a pizza delivered, stuff crust. Thing looks very old and is hard as a rock in a lot of places. They are sending another... out, however.. don't try to pass off overstocked pizzas you made 2 hours before or off your pizza bar in the lobby as freshplease. Update: was offered a new pizza and should be a hour.. was excited to get the new pie.. till the replacement pie wasdelivered.... not only did the driver give attitude when I opened it in front of him and explained that the replacement pizza isas bad as the old one.. told he didn't care and call the store... I called the store and was on hold for 10 min. While they getmaniger. If I wanted dried out cardboard, I would have ordered domino's.. when I get another pizza from other store I willupdate once again. Took the 45 minute for a 20-30 minute order that's less then a mile a away order two pizzas one pepperoni and the other sausage... so I have no idea why there are green peppers in my pizza box. Pizza was cold I just thought both of them out do t order fromthis place unless you go in and order also wait for it you might get a good pizza might. Read more
