This is a terrible Burger King cosplaying as a really nice Burger King. They just renovated but the staff here are SUPER SLOW,... the food is very low quality for a fast food place, and I watched a customer and a staff member scream at each other and takeswings at one another. Please bring back the manager the nice lady from Haiti. It is so different without her. You wait for ever now. She was the best... , she ran a wonderful efficient shift. She cared about her customers. People are always asking for her when I go there. Withouther you wait forever. Moving her was a big mistake for this location. You need to bring her back if you want this location tothrive. I stop going because she not there and don?t want to wait 30 mins for fast food. Also she was always happy which bringsup the mood of the establishment and her staff. You took a good thing and broke it please fix it now. Read more
I recently moved back in the area after being away for seven months. I use to love this Burger King because it had fast service.... Apparently the lovely shift manager that I was accustomed to is no longer there. And it shows. I always do mobile orders so myfood is always ready as soon as I get there and I don?t have to wait. I?ve been back roughly a month and I?ve ordered twice fromthere both times having to wait. The workers sometimes seem like they don?t know what?s going on or there simply is no one inthe back making food. Today was the worst. I placed a mobile order five minutes before I got there. When I got there no one wasin the back making anything while 2 people were waiting for food. Whoever was working in the back casually walked in fromwherever and was told by the cashier that they needed whoppers. Much to my horror, I see as she puts three whoppers in amicrowave to heat them up! So much for flame grilled. All of this took about five more minutes. I have been visiting this location pretty often lately and it's always understaffed. Every time I go in I come out with a story... to tell, terrible. We understand the staff's frustration but they have to also understand ours and tone down their attitudes. Read more
Out of the burger places I prefer BK or Wendys. Whoppers were good and so were the fries. Not sure if it was my imagination but... the whoppers seemed bigger than usual. My kids loved like usual. Our order was to go. Read more
