Stopped here for a work dinner, shared all the appetizers (the bread and the fried rock shrimp and hamatchi crudo were the best... ones). The main I had a lobster papardelle, massage and lobster were good but there was a huge chunk of pasta that wasn't in thesauce but just rolled up and boiled, not enough flavor in that piece. The scallops, I thought the raisin sauce was particularlygood. The dessert mousse and apple pie was okay, I like the ice cream so hopefully they can just do that by itself next time. Read more
My boyfriend and I went yesterday for his birthday dinner, and to say we were happy was an understatement! The service and... atmosphere was fantastic. The food was also incredible - I was nervous to try the octopus starter because we’ve had it atdifferent places where we didn’t like it but it ended up being one of my favorite parts of the meal. The small touches for hisbirthday did not go unnoticed, and definitely added to our experience. Great experience all around! The kale salad was AMAZING - so was the service, atmosphere and live music! We were a party of four... and we all raved about everything we ate. Can't wait to go back - there are so many things on the menu I have to try! Read more
Chef Klaus and Adam are crushing it - service is knowledgeable and attentive, food is modern and delicious- ( tuna app - burrata... app - venison entree and short rib were some of my favorites from our visit ) and don’t forget dessert !!! Vegan options (including ones you wouldn’t think could be vegan ) and an extensive offering of after dinner drinks by the glass. Highlyrecommend and will certainly return!! Read more
We really enjoyed our dinner here! Drinks were perfectly made and food was so creatively put together. You can feel the thought,... care and time that was invested. There were even several vegan options which is great! The atmosphere and lighting made itreally comfortable/cozy and the service was impeccable! Will most definitely return. PS. I was meeting up with an old friend and decided to try the newly re-opened Restaurant Luna Stella in Maplewood. The service was... excellent as was the food! I had the grilled Octopus appetizer and the King Salmon. I enjoyed both. I was really happy to see GFand Vegan options. I have a lot of Vegan friends and we always struggle to find Restaurants in the area that have good if anyVegan options. I'll be back with my Vegan friends. Read more
I just love this place. I came here for the first time with a friend of mine. We got cocktails (amonkst friends and Luna Stella... Old Fashioned). I’m a cocktail nerd and they were both amazing. We got the burrata for a starter, not realizing it waspictured on the menu/ website. It was also amazing. I got the duck crepes, she got the short ribs. Both wereincredible. Dessert was port and chocolate lava cake. Again, delicious. I’m literally back here for time #2, halfway throughmy meal and I love it again. I’ll be back a thousand times. Read more
