Starbucks in Maplewood truly sucks ! Not open when they say they are open and closed when they say they are open! Bad service... folks standing around not doing their jobs and no managers to keep their staff moving while two other staff members are workinglike there is no tomorrow. Just close it down if you can?t keep up with the demands. I would have given a zero for service ! Read more

Unable to make a hot cup of tea with milk/cream. First attempt it wasn't hot at all, so the tea bag was unable to steep... properly...so just a cup of warm milk. Second attempt was some type of "tea latte" I gave up and asked for a refund. Thebarista(whom was extremely pleasant and accommadating) mentioned multiple times that was how "she was trained to make tea " Teammembers please provide proper training on making HOT tea at this location. Thanks! Read more

This is really one of the most disorganized Starbucks around. If you order regular coffee they cannot figure out how to not skip... over your order for the fancy drinks and Uber Eats stuff. It?s too bad, it used to be better but cold coffee consistently isnever fun. Read more

Ya sooooo, I keep seeing low stars due to slow service. Guys, they are BUSY. I?m yet to experience an incorrect order (fingers... crossed) and my overall experience has been great. They did have an issue with people not wearing masks - which prompted thecounty to actually shut down seating, which would explain why they are so nit-picky, but that hasn?t stopped me fromordering. The other stores in the area are super cute, quaint and walkable and there is an amazing bakery nearby. Read more

worst store!! I asked for an afoggato caramel and they gave me whatever the cashier wanted. They gave drinks to everyone who... was after me!!!! I have an autistic child who was going from one place to another in the store, which is prohibited. it took20 minutes to give me an iced coffee? The worst in service. and what's more I think the girl who gave me my drink didn't evenhave gloves ???????? Why would they have served everyone first? little empathy if you see a child with a disability do not takeall the time to give me a simple iced coffee! the worst money spent!! Read more

It's a Starbuck's. Remember they started out with ONE shop back in the day. If you want Starbuck's come, if not, don't. But... mention this location anywhere within a five mile radius and watch the 'controversy' ignite. Big plate glass windows lookingout at our busy village. Tables full of folks getting a little work done. Chatty moms meeting to catch up. Outdoor tables filledwith friends laughing and sharing. I'm grabbing a quick sandwich and a liquid candy bar and can't for the life of me see howthis new business represents a decline or erosion of our towns' charms. A couple of winters, some wall algae, bird poop andmystery stains on the stone, this place will blend right in. Read more
