Every other Dunkin in town makes my drink perfectly. Idk what they're doing over here but something ain't right (for any of our... drinks). Also, the last time I came I ordered 2 small drinks and they came in two different sizes. I asked why and they saidbecause they couldn't fit whipped cream in to the bigger one but the smaller one was the one that had whipped cream. Notcomplaining really, that was just weird. This time around there was coffee all over the lids and I had to use the napkins theygave to clean up the coffee that spilled all over the car from bringing them in. From the time this location opened to now they have improved. Orders are correct and the quality is better. Perhaps new staff... that care. Need a quick reboot with cold brew ice coffee or a quick pick me up. The maple bacon croissant with hash browns iswhere it's at, anytime of the day. Read more
Went for breakfast- the open light was on-went to the drive-thru and no response-drove up to the window and the lady inside just... looked at me-i asked if she was open since the sign was blinking open-but still just stared and ignored me...I drove away...willnever go back even if it was free! We have been coming to this location daily for years. Customer service has been great for us and quick. Anytime we've ever had... an issue with a drink or maybe something simply not tasting right they're always very quick to fix it. The staff is alwaysworking hard and as quickly as possible. The food is usually mish-mashed together and piping hot, too hot to handle, in fact. And what?s the deal with fast food... restaurants handing out one or two napkins these days? Needs better management. My breakfast sandwich was luke warm. The donuts we ok. The place is dirty and needs an overhaul. Was my... first time there and most likely won't be going back, nor do 9 recommend it. The sandwich was good but definitely would havebeen better if was hotter. Read more
Got 3 donuts this morning and they were ice cold. Coffey was terrible. I switched to Dunkin as to not give my money to... Starbucks, but I'm thinking about going back. This isn't the first time the food has been subpar. Disappointed. Read more
