I'm not going to be mean here because I'm over it and things happen in life sometimes. I went here to get food for my kids in... the drive-thru as a treat for them for accomplishing all of our chores and homework. After waiting over 35 minutes, we receivedfries that were still frozen, We were missing two of the sandwiches, received no sauce, our drinks were watered down I'massuming from the ice melting in them, and the guy who walked the food out to the car, because we had been sitting in theparking lot for 35 minutes, handed me the food and just gave me a "Here!" And then walked back in. Life happens, I get it, it'sunderstandable when it doesn't go your way, but you can't let that effect customers this bad, fries that are still frozen isjust a lazy non-solution to what could have been a dozen different problems. If I could leave no stars, I would. This location was just overall dirty/unsanitary. Most of the tables were dirty, the floors... were sticky and had liquid spilled all over the floor with NO wet signs put out. I tried getting a drink from the fountain andit was super dirty and the man came out from the back, removed the knob from the machine and gave it a ?clean?. They literally made my food fresh and accurate. Even though I had to wait a bit, my food was awesome. I ordered the regular... tacos and they filled my tacos up. There was no shortage of meat, sauce and cheese. I mean those tacos were better than any tacoin Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise, Phoenix, Buckeye, or Glendale. Listen I eat jack in the box tacos and these ones were madeaccurately with care. The staff did a super job and they should show everyone else how to make tacos!!! I go here often. I rate it 3 stars because you really don't know what type of service you'll get. Some days are great and others... not so great. The reason I go often is because they're spicy chicken tenders are really good. I understand that places aredesperate to hire but I guess they are too desperate because it's like these kids don't know how to be functional and efficientin this type of work environment. Read more
Usually when we go there it's not busy at all & we end up getting some rude teenager who makes us feel like we inconvenienced... them. Tonight I went there to pick up food for my family & the guy there was a ROCKSTAR!! He was very kind & considerate!! Myorder was taking a while & he asked if I wanted a drink while I waited! Sat in the drive thru for 19 min while they counted the drawer with us at the window already handing the worker our debit card.... Got home after a 15min drive and both of our sandwiches were wrong. I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Club and got a crispy chickenpatty with only lettuce and a gallon of mayo on it, husband ordered a double with bacon and got upcharged for lettuce wrap andno bun, recieved the wrong sandwich again, got some cheap little burger, no bacon, no cheese and it had a bun. Highlydissatisfied with our visit. Whats most upsetting is with the cost of gas, its not even worth it to drive back and have thecorrect order made for us! Read more
I understand being understaffed so we did not mind the wait in the drive thru (inside was closed). We were there 45 minutes. ... The gentleman at the window asked if we wanted sauce. I asked him what they kinds they had. He said I don't know. Huh. Anyway, had to air fry our fries cuz they were not cooked. Then I open my Hamburger to find there was actually only HALF apatty on it, the smallest tomatoe ever and almost no ketchup. It looked nothing like their sourdough jack. It was terrible. I love Jack in the box tacos. Always like them. I went through the driveway for two orderer of tacos, it took a long time to get... them. I was waiting by the window and saw the employees go by. I honk at her to order another two orders and I was ignore. So Ikept waiting until she collected the money. I let her know I honked at her to order two more tacos orders. So I pay for it and Itold her that I would pick it up in the inside so I don't have to keep the line waiting. I went in and it took one second to getmy tacos both orders. Then I real life she was running the front counter and the driveway by herself but while the otheremployee was outside cleaning the property. When I got home my tacos were all greasy. Even greasy I still love Jack in the boxtacos. That was my experience at this taco place. Otherwise I always get great tacos at this place. Read more
