This place is sloooow. There was never less than 8 or 10 people in the lobby and only 1 poor guy on the counter. Pizzas were put... in regular racks instead of the warmers. I waited 30 +minutes just to pickup Pizzas and they were right there ready to go. Read more
The absolute worst experience. The cashier was a short man with dirty blonde hair and glasses. Absolutely disgusting behavior... and rude. Not my fault you work at little Caesar?s at 40+ but treat customers with respect ! Read more
I had the absolute worst dining/fast food experience in my life at this location. Order supposed to be ready at 5:52-5:59,... order says "ready" at 6:11, I ask for my order and get told they are out of my wings, they tell me they're canceling the wingsand refunding them. I stand there another 25 minutes waiting, only to get told "we canceled your whole order and threw it away,you'll have to reorder and wait 45 minutes". The entire time staff was incredibly rude, making stupid comments to customers andverbally complaining about their work load. I get it, you guys are backed up, but to have me stand in your store for 35 minutesto tell me you threw my order away... incredible. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any little ceaser. I stood in lobby for almost 10 minutes... before being acknowledged, had 3 different employees walk past not even look at a lobby full of customers. 1 employee wasstocking soda as we walked in, that employee didn't greet us or acknowledge ???? us . Absolutely the worse and pizza was oldand hard. Had to be sitting in wormer for hours. So disappointing ???? Read more
This is the absolute worst location I have ever been to. You have a new kid working the register by himself and just filling... random orders instead of filling them in the order they came in. Managers in the back having a meeting when it's busy instead ofactually helping the poor kid. Customers waiting 25+ minutes just for 2 pepperoni pizzas. Ridiculous! Needless to say this isnot the only time we have had a poor experience at this location, between being short staffed and the poor employees lookingburnt out, the pizzas aren't even completely covered in cheese, and 98% of the time the pizza are burnt. The ICB doesn't haveseasoning half the time either. Corporate needs to close this store period. It's been this way since I moved in the area 3 yearsago and the only change has been bad. Read more

Got 3 pizzas. A Supreme with 6 slices of mushroom and was under cooked dough was still raw. My cheesebread /pepperoni was the... same way and so was my regular pepperoni. My 70+ friend likes a custom thin crust pizza I would use the Little Caesars app and make the order and bring it to him a... veteran with heavy COPD. I was driving for another veteran across town and he wanted us to pickup several pies. He tried toorder but he befuddled the app and ended up calling. We meanwhile were driving back the 30 miles. There was a slight screwupfrom verbal note and we had a little extra wait while the manager on duty made sure we had the right order but unexpectedlycompensated for the extra wait!
