The best service I've ever had at any McDonald's. Very fast, completely accurate order. Wait staff did not rush through their... process, nor did they have a single delay. The order was presented through the window from an employee who made eye contact, hada smile on her face, and the obligatory "thank you" sounded genuine. I really believed I was a valued customer. No kids toys in both happy meals. Asked for two McDoubles but received one. Didn?t receive ranch that was asked for. The fries... were weird almost like they were well done or fried too long. Do better! Read more
Again I came in to have my usual breakfast and the boards are still up blocking the registers. I asked to order at the counter... and the girl said she would help me order at the kiosk and I said no. I asked for the manager and she rang up my order at thecounter. I must point out that the person before me commented to me that he wanted to order at the counter too. It was 1040 when i got to the drive thru. The employees literally stop taking orders and did not even acknowledge the ones that... where already in front of the menu and speaker. We came into the lobby at night and the register wasn?t working correctly. Gaby and her team made sure our order came out.... everything was made perfectly. our customizations were correct even when the kitchen had no screen to work off of. They wentabove and beyond to make sure they handled the situation swiftly. i?m beyond satisfied. Read more
The hash browns were cooked in grease that wasn?t hot enough. Stuck to paper and full of grease. We couldn?t eat them
Went here today. Old food that tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. When I asked for fries made to order, they... didn?t bother making them fresh and when I asked to have them remade because I had specifically asked them to be ?made to order?the girl at the window gave me a hard time insisting they just came out. Give me a break! I can tell they didn?t! They aresoggy. Fresh fries aren?t soggy. You all act like it?s coming out of your paycheck if you give someone fresh fries. Early morning hours they seem to be fast and efficient. I?ve literally been to the drive though ordering kiosk and driving away... with my food in less than 2 minutes before, which is good for the early morning rush to work (~0530). Otherwise, the food iswhat it is, and our recent visit, there was a male employee making drinks at the drive through window who yelled out a veryangry curse word, which was easily within earshot of the whole car, and definitely the guests in the restaurant.
