First few months after opening, the food was above average compared to other Taco Bells. Haven?t been for a few weeks and... decided to stop in. Usually Taco Bell is 3/4 lettuce and toppings and 1/4 meat. This Taco Bell has followed that path as wellunfortunately. Very little meat in tacos, chalupas and burritos. More filler than meat. This taco bell could do better. Like the cleaning. I'm not sure if I say a dead roach or a dead cricket. I was going to go look... and see but maybe I should have so I could've taken a picture for proof. And they seem to need more training the employees. Theydo know that this is a job and not social hour with their buddies. Last thing one of the young ladies who works there isextremely rude. If taco bell it's taking the time to hire employees with people skills, then why not just close this location orreevaluate some of these employees. Read more
Wish I could give zero stars. This location has the worst evening crew. No one can label the food to see what is custom or not.... Portions are always different, even in the same order. And no one seems to be able to wrap a burrito so that the insides stayinside. Half of my food is still in the wrapper. Does this location not have a shift manger for the evening? I will be going tothe cortaro location from now on, it seems they know how to do fast food. I would rather my money go there. Read more

Sorry. Most disgusting Taco Bell food tonight. I've eaten here before. It was always good and the service great. Tonight it was... nasty food. Hard, old tasting chicken in my Chalupa. Nasty bean burritos. Beans tasted burnt. Halfway threw the meal, theworkers in the back started yelling, cussing, kicking things and throwing things. All while laughing as though it wasentertaining to the customers somehow? Leaving customers waiting to order. Where was the manager that's usually there? He'salways friendly, hardworking and professional. Sad that people make money doing such a poor job. Read more
Worst Taco Bell I've been to in my life. Burritos are always cold and have un-melted cheese, as well as not being folded... properly so they fall apart. The last time I went I ordered a burrito vegetarian and they still put meat in it. Read more
*!*!*STAY AWAY FROM THUS LOCATION!*!*! If I could give zero stars I would! The food was stale and skipped on proteins. I ordered... the deluxe box with the special which was the crispy chicken taco and got home to see the taco with one little chicken nuggetinside, the chicken was also cold and stale! The Fiesta potatoes I ordered were also cold and the potatoes were hard and staleas well... and both our hard tacos were broken. This is not the first time receiving terrible service from this location withPOOR food quality! I tried them again due to convenience after a long day of work but NEVER again! Left out half of my order (again) gave food that looked like this and tasted worse. The dog liked it though. Just go to the one... on Cortaro. Trust me. Edited to add this review is specifically for the Taco Bell in Marana. The one in Tucson is fabulous! Read more
