Manager on duty was rude over her messing up my order. A wonderful sounding lady answered the phone. I explained my order was... incorrect. She got the manager on the phone who answered immediately with attitude. She claimed my order didn't show theitalian papida with no salami or peppers, yet the side of the box it came in clearly shows it did unless she doesn't know how toread + and - signs. She was so rude I ended up pitying her and wondering why her life was so pathetic she couldn't handlesomething as simple as a customer service voice. After looking at these reviews I almost wonder how she hasn't been firedalready but this is the keys. So I guess a sad, pathetic person, who lacks all customer service abilities is better thannothing to them. Read more
Be absolute worst Papa John's in history. Keisha is extremely rude the general manager is hateful and they don't follow... corporate rules they refuse to tell you who the franchise owner is and they are too unintelligent to realize that this is asmall island their rating is under three and the only reason they're still in business is because for some reason teenagers liketo eat plastic cheese and fake pepperoni. I walked in & ordered. I spent $25 for a single pizza. I gave lady cashier $30, told her put the rest in the tip jar. She told... me give it about 10minutes. I went to the store, I came back, it still wasn't ready. Not a problem. I waited inside for a while& then I decided to get out of their way so I waited even longer outside the front window doors. I waited almost an hour outsideat that door for them to let me know when the pizza was ready. We made eye contact multiple times. Finally, I walked in to checkon it, they handed me the box that had been sitting there for who knows how long. They could've told me it was ready instead ofhaving me wait like that. I'll just say, I will NEVER do business with this place again. I feel very disrespected having themwatch me that whole time. Read more
If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. The employees are SO disrespectful, the so called Manager Joaquin and even worse... another lady who called my husband after we called their corporate customer service number to report the bad manners of thesepeople here. This lady who should be their manager as well, literally started yelling at my husband in cuban slang and told himhe couldnt order pizza anymore there. Guess what? We couldnt care less about your freaking pizza and the only reason we called customer service is because we ourselves work in retail and know the value of a good customer service, but of course thesepeople dont know what that is! Absolutely the worst experience of any restaurant. Customer service is horrible. The store was packed with people, and they had... tons of carryout orders sitting on the self ready to go. I waited over 20 minutes while my pizza sat there and they kept tellingme it was in the oven. Meanwhile, the staff in the back kept themselves busy eating cancelled orders. Zero stars to the District/Regional manager up to the C-Suite for allowing the issues to go on at this location. Poor staff... trying to keep up on broken oven and no properly trained staff and forced to handle irate customers. Even being 40-60 ordersbehind...still have gaps in trays through the oven instead of full oven. Slow/no proper prep. Not advising real order timeswhich creates the negative atmosphere. Amazing the few working stay there at all. Skip the hassle here for now...planahead...Publix is around the corner. Honestly wish the poor staff there good luck in getting things turned around. Untilthen..trading tip...I'd recommend going short PZZA... until you see massive shift in better reviews out of this location...thatwould be a sign of a turn around. Read more
I wish 0 starts were possible. Ordered a pizza for delivery around 836pm. Never got delivered. Finally going to bed so not sure... if it ever will be delivered been waiting over 3 hours. Can?t get anyone on the phone and I really wish I read reviews beforespending money. Complete rip off horrible franchise. Read more
Waited almost TWO hours for a pizza!!!!! Like wow!!!!! I called and they said they only have one driver. They said it would be... 29 minutes. 29 minutes turned into a hour in 45 minutes!!!! And the pizza was warm. Wasn?t even hot Read more
