The original Three Bear Inn gets five stars. But these new yahoos who just bought it and closed the restaurant don?t even know... how to return phone calls, or when they do answer the phone how to conduct ourselves professionally, or even say thank you forcalling at the end of the call. People like that do not need to be in business. Poor form. It has failure written all over it! Read more

Congratulations to the new owners Megan and Alex. The motel is excellent. Great value for the $$. Clean and comfortable.... Handicap rooms available. Tiffany is terrific. Beautiful quaint village is Marathon. Anything you need, restaurants, fast food, things to do are all within 15+ minutes away. Go to Gregg's market buy some carrots and feed the horses nearby. And watch outfor the Amish horse carts! Read more

Didn't stay here had dinner. Food and staff were great. It's like a restaurant that time forgot. Love that it hasn't changed.

We've been going to the Three Bear for 20+ years. It has an old fashioned romantic atmosphere. Genuine hospitality, they have a... taproom/bar for us grownups. There are 3 real bears inside. Take your picture next to a black bear. They have great blueberrypancakes, omelettes, prime rib hash, steak, fish, seafood. If you're in the neighborhood, take the time to stretch your legs, talk about the days events, & enjoy good food Read more

A very pleasant stay in a quite upstate village. The room was old and had a very quaint feel to it. Although a little cramped,... it was totally worth the price. The house keeping staff were very attentive and checked on me for anything I might need. Theroom was cleaned promptly every morning. The landlady was very hospitable and considering the price I paid for my four nightstay, I'd call it a great deal. Read more
