Waited for 15 minutes for my order to be taken . . . They were out of 1/4 meat and only had chicken. Watched 3 workers walk past... me and past the only lady that was trying to work. What a joke this place is right now. I left without food. . . The 60 year oldcashier was a sweetheart but she had way too much to do because no one helped her. Read more
I wouldn't give even a star. I ordered my food and waited in like 20 min before getting my big Mac sand and fries! The fries... were cold and barley even luke warm! For waiting as long as I did this was unacceptable! I walked inside and asked for My moneyback for the fries or new fries. The cashier (whom I felt terrible for) yelled back to the manager rosey who then peeked aroundthe corner and went back to her business without saying a word to me! My husband and I waited another 5 min and at this point itwas obvious she didn't want to make things right and wasn't going to come and assist us. She said she didn't have time. Being inretail and a store manager I no this is not how customer service works! Busy or not you handle the situation at hand. Again thecashier was great and friendly and apologetic for being short staffed and im sure she is taking all the heat from upsetcustomers.... I also understand being short staffed but 1 u shouldn't be open if you don't have the staff to run even half wayproperly and 2 if your low staffed your lobby shouldn't be open because obviously they couldn't even keep up with the drivethrough...(there were also 3 ppl inside waiting for food) Also the last time my husband and I were here his hashbrown was coldand his sausage egg mcmuffin had no egg! Will NEVER return to this McDonald's!! Read more
One star because zero stars is no option. 4 starving kids. Sat outside waiting to order for 10 minutes then the screens shut... off. Not only do they screw up every order but they can't even work thier hours. I will never come back and I suggest no onesupports them. Read more
You guys take too long. I'm not sure why but every time I come here no matter the simplest thing I order I wait for more than 5... minutes. Why do you guys take so long? Short staffed? Pre cook and keep heated how McDonald's all do. People have things todo we come here for fast service. Thanks. Read more
Waited an hour to finally get all of our food. First food came out at 40 minutes after ordering. Then they brought out the wrong... food 2 different times. From start to finish it was us and 6 other cars through the drive through in the hour we were there sonot super busy. When they finally brought out the last of our food they said they were sorry that they were short staffed, yetwhen we paid for our meal we counted at least 6 different workers inside. If 7 orders in an hour woth 6 people is understaffed Iwould like to see when actually busy. Read more
Stop there at night order chicken nuggets did not get my sauce. They were cold the french fries were cold. It was one of the... worst experiences I've ever had at McDonald's. Read more
