What can be said about dairy queen, well its a very good run fast food joint the food is good quality weather your getting a... burger, a salad or steak fingers the food is of the utmost importance and it shows always willing to fix any mistake they go astep beyond other ff restaurants In my opinion. The atmosphere is good to it's a great place to bring the kids and the wholefamily. The only downside is that they suffer from the same thing most ff places suffer poorly treated staff I've often seen nomore the 3 to 5 people working during peak hours this can cause nightmares for the employees having to work 2,3 or even morejobs at once without showing any cracks or making a mistake and for the most part they succeed at that but when something iswrong they are willing to own up to it and fix it. It's for these reasons I will be returning g to dairy queen hungry for more. Read more
I love this DQ?as does my pup (she gets a pupcup whenever we go). Chicken tender basket, chocolate ice cream cone?.Mmmmmm.... Pleasant staff, quick service, good food, it could only be better if it were free! LOL Read more
Food was pretty good today but their self serve drink machine has been needing HELP for sometime. They offer many options yet... the ones I wanted were "unavailable" Finally had to ask one of the counter employees to fill the drink I was wanting. Timedelaying for me. Read more
I love Dairy Queen! I haven't had it in so long and it was TOTALLY WORTH IT! I love the Banana Split Blizard...u have to special... order it cuz it's not on the board but it's the BEST! Everyone was friendly and the orders came out VERY FRESH! Read more
Things were a little slow, they tried to hurry out our order but then things were slightly under done. overall a nice well... kept establishment with clean tables and clean restrooms. Read more
We came in there today and had the best service!! The 2 ladies up front were so nice, helpful, and enthusiastic about their... jobs. There should be more employees like this. She treated my mother in law extra nice since it was an outing for her from thenursing home. I believe her name may have been Adriana or something close to this. The best Dairy Queen I've ever been to! The staff are so nice; the slushie machine wasn't working but they were doing everything... they could to make the drink when it would have been easier to just say they couldn't do it. Thank you guys for going above andbeyond! The rest of the food was solid and I highly reccomend stopping here if you're passing through :) Read more
Sunday night 11/20/22- the food is just disgusting. Raw/cold hotdog, grease through every container and bag, old lettuce in the... hotdog who knows where that came from, and burrito deluxe was just a cold orange pile of grease. You all just need to shut itdown because this fast food thing is just too hard for you. Got home and threw everything in the trash...there goes $25. Typicalmarble falls work ethic. Read more
