The molcajete plate is to die for the $13 one it is very tasty and a lot of food and it stays hot in the molcajete... Piggy. **** Are they still open for business!? Service is a little slow but its worth the wait. Beef fajita meat is very tasty. Served hot.
The food was good and the waitress was nice but when I was served my food, i had to ask to have my soup reheated. After the food... is placed on my table, I had flies coming at me from every direction. I covered my food with napkins. Then one of the serversstarts sweeping about 2-3 feet towards me. I had to politely ask her to stop. I could see a cloud of dust coming in mydirection. I could tell she wasn?t too happy with my request. Not a pleasant experience. Read more
Was moving into our new to us house. It?s was getting late in the afternoon And the wife and I we?re getting hungry. The El... Rancho Mexican Restaurant is close by and has a drive through window. I drove up and placed our order. The food was ready in afair amount of time. Having never been there before I had no real expectations on the food. We were both pleasantly surprised athow good the food was, especially for what we ordered. We will be going back whether for dine in or take out. We wanted to dine in for lunch today, but it was so blazing hot in Marble Falls, We opted for the drive-through. It took quite a... while for the order to be made, but it was the height of lunch hour, so I understood. We ordered the number 10 a crispy taco,cheese enchilada and rice & beans. Also the number 19 ?Enchiladas Supreme?. A plate with four enchiladas, beef, chicken, cheeseand beans. Served with cheese, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. We thought both dishes were fairly typical Tex-Mexand nothing special. The only disappointment was lots of restaurants are giving chips and salsa ?to go? along with platelunches, but apparently not at El Rancho. This place was pretty nice. I loved the interior of the restaurant. If those are hand-painted murals on the walls, they are... absolutely beautiful! The food was tasty as well. I ordered the taco salad with steak fajita meat but the steak was prettytough and overpowering. Everything else was great. The one thing I do wish they would've done was ask if it was my first timethere and explained how everything works. I was sitting for a while waiting for my server to come back with my bill butapparently, you have to go up and pay. Read more
I had some of the best barbacoa here! They make it on certain days and the waitress says they all have barbacoa tacos for... breakfast on those days ! Was a few years ago when I went there so this review is of what I remember. Read more
