Love little Caesars but shocked how they handled a situation just now. They messed up on a pizza and instead of remaking it they... asked for both pizzas back to just refund me. We asked for extra cheese on both pizzas. The pizza that was fine had everythingwe asked, the wrong pizza had a side of shredded cheese and didn't have all the pepperoni a most bestest should have. I askedhow many should be on it? He said 56. It clearly didn't have close to 56. The manager argued with us that it had extra cheesealready but why the side container of shredded cheese? He belittled us in front of other customers and wasn't listening to usthat the pizza wasn't how we ordered it. He didn't even let us keep the pizza that was right. I don't understand how he is amanager or what company policy is, he opened a random pizza to show us what a pizza with normal cheese looks like and it wascovered with cheese, more cheese then our extra cheese pizza had! He wouldn't give us the number to call his boss. He shouldfeel embarrassed and definitely not in a managers position who argued and won't accept they made a mistake. Never seen thismanager who said he has been there for 5 years, the kids working under him have more respect and brought the pizza outside tothe car to us on a previous visit. Read more
I ordered a deep dish supreme pizza and it was totally raw In the center. I took my pizza back Into the store and requested a... new pizza the assistant manager Austin Parker didn't even acknowledge my presence. One of the other workers made my new pizzaand It was baked right. I will not order again from Little Caesars because the pizza was raw and because of the way theassistant manager treated me. Loved Nico behind the counter. She was super sweet and professional. Just nice to see a kind face ???? I hope I spelled her name... right. Either way, she was wonderful after a long day at work and coming here to feed my hungry boys. Please add a tip jar ortip option to credit card transactions. She deserved it. Read more
