Service is always terrible. We always think it will be better the next time. Today is the last visit for us. Plastic forks,... dirty knives. We asked a tall guy who we thought could be the Manager if we could get clean knives. He said they were all likethat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! To the owner of this establishment..you have a personnel problem with that female night... mgr!! My husband and I have never been treated so rudely at the Marble Falls Pizza Hut as we were tonight..the Night Managerneeds to be replaced! We were charged for a pizza to carryout that sat cold for 30 minutes..when requesting our money back wewere rudely treated and she was extremely sarcastic although my husband was well mannered and polite in his request to berefunded..worth the trip to go anywhere else! we will NEVER return and it will be my mission to tell all local friends andfamily of this experience.. I don't remember Pizza Hut pizza tasting this nasty! Service was horrible and the buffet wasn't stocked as it normally is. There... was no meat or bacon bits on the salad bar. The pizza wasn't stocked on the buffet. I understand they're full but you stay ontop of keeping up with the customers. There was no selection on either the salad or pizza bar! If your needing to work they'rehiring and they definitely need the help! I wouldn't recommend them for the buffet that's for sure. The pizza just doesn't havethat golden crust they used to have it was dry and hard. Will not come back here that's for sure. Read more
This place is nasty, flies everywhere, the floor was all sticky, the guy in the front register was all sweating; typically not... someone you want handling your food, A.C. didn't seem like it was working that great and it took over 20min to pickup a carryoutorder that I had placed 40min prior before arriving to this location for pickup. The pizza I ordered looked decent but it tastedlike it was burnt, which was strange because there was no signs of it being burnt. Definitely not going back to this place. Read more
The first time I ever tried Pizza Hut it was great. It tasted great and the pizza was yummy. However...If you plan on spending... A LOT of money or are on a budget, avoid this place. The pasta took forever (which I wouldn?t have minded), but the edges wereoddly overlooked and undercooked. We decided to give Pizza Hut another try: the $5 lineup was absolutely disgusting. Not onlydid the whole family hate the taste, but I got so sick from it. I had project vomit (and other painful, terrible things) for anentire day. I am never returning. Read more
I think we were being kicked out! We stopped by for a quick bite (+/-8pm) after a day at the lake with the kiddos. Salad bar was... NOT stocked and they began cleaning shortly after we arrived. They don't closed until 10pm. VERY POOR AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should of known since at our arrival the hostess said "sit anywhere that's CLEAN". Read more
I've ordered here twice so far and both times I've had no complaints. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted great, and the... wait time was minimal. I haven't ordered via delivery yet so I can't comment on that. Read more
