Ok, I adore sonic. I enjoy the food, I like have a drive in. However? lately the food has been so inconsistent and the past 4 or... 5 times I have ordered Julie has taken my order and I?ve been met with a lot of attitude and an overall unhappy experience. I?mon the verge of stopping coming here all together. I work in customer service, I get it I do, but it?s no reason to be rude andmake the customer feel unwelcome. Read more
Sonic - Marble Falls, TX. Ordered the Honey BBQ popcorn chicken meal. There was NO sauce on the chicken. I paged back in and... asked for some sauce and also some ketchup?I was informed that the correct amount of sauce was given and I could only get moresauce if I paid extra. Again?there was NO sauce. I was told that they measured it out, and they refused to bring me more saucewithout paying for it. I asked to speak with the manager?and was told that she was the manager and she is unwilling to help.(and apparently unwilling to give me what I paid for)?we will NEVER come back here and I?ll be sure to tell everyone else aboutthis. They got the drinks I ordered correct aside from the fact that there was too much ice in my Cherry Limeade. I am not all to... surprised though. This is generally service indicitave of any Sonic. I will likely be back for some tasty drinks! Read more
