The lady this morning taking and giving my order was being very rude. When I pulled up to the window she did not greet me or... tell me my order. She was in the middle of taking an order when I was trying to ask her to switch one of the drinks out to atravel mug, which is something that Starbucks has being doing forever, when she tells me ?we don?t do that at the drive thru.?This is the first time I have ever been treated like this at a Starbucks ever. Drink orders were correct and good as always butcustomer service at the window between 6:30-7:00am was horrible and very rude!!! Read more

So kind and thoughtful! I randomly brought up a different Starbucks messing up and forgetting part of my order and they made it... right for me even though they had nothing to do with it! Best service and drink I?ve had at Starbucks in a LONG time!! Read more

I went to grab my drink that I pod almost $8 for and I?m missing like 1/4 of it?. I don?t know what?s going on here but that?s... kinda crazy for it to already cost that much and then I don?t even get the whole drink. Horrible service. 40 people waiting for mobile orders and the team did not offer any help on status. So many drinks were on the... counter but no one waiting seemed to be the ones who ordered them. We left without our drinks after waiting 20 minutes past whenit said our order would be ready. No way to refund or report the order either for horrible service. Avoid this Starbucks. Read more

I have been coming here to study for a few weeks now. I like the space and the mobile order option. My biggest setback is the... music, it is so loud! A softer music or lower volume would be nice for patrons that are trying to do homework/work. Pleaseaddress this! Thank you Read more

It might have been an off day, but they got my drink wrong, after I repeated it twice. Only one other customer in the store and... no one in the drive through line. I ordered a venti iced raspberry latte with 4 shots. I repeated the order when the cashierasked, and I got a hot drink with no added shots. It was disappointing considering its summer in Texas and was already over 90with humidity out in full force.... I was on my way to pick up my son so couldn't wait for the drink to be remade. The store isin a great location and I will probably give it another chance, but was disappointed with this experience. Read more
