We decided to go off the main drag and look for a local place that doesn't get all the tourists dollars and spend our money... there. Boy, are we glad we did!! We were iffy when we got there because it sits in the middle of a strip mall although it doeshave ample outdoor seating. We took an outside table and our waitress arrived quickly, I wish I would've gotten her name, shewas a ray of sunshine ???? I ordered the country skillet which consisted of eggs, bacon, potatoes, onions, peppers and cheddarcheese. It also came with toast. My friend went ala carte with toast, hash browns and bacon. The food arrived fairly quickly, itwas hot, ingredients fresh and my skillet was phenomenal!!! The toast is made from bread homemade there, incredibly tasty!! RedRooster is definitely worth taking a couple turns off the beaten path. Be adventurous and spread those tourists dollars to localplaces not on the main drag. Red Rooster was a pleasant surprise and the best breakfast we had on the island!!! Read more

The Red Rooster exceeded my expectations. I was staying down in Marco with a large group of family/friends. A few of us were up... early and decided to scope out the area for breakfast (specifically, a great benedict). I'm not typically a breakfast person, but if I am eating breakfast somewhere, I'm always getting a benny. As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted bythe owner, Al. He was friendly, attentive, and made it his priority to make sure that we were well taken care of. He assured methat my lobster benedict would be fantastic and he did not disappoint. Al personally brought out my benedict when it was ready. It was everything I was looking for, and so much more. At the end of our meal, I noticed that the restaurant had these cute,hand-painted rooster shot glasses scattered throughout in various places. I made a comment to Al about how I'd love to take onehome with me. Sure enough, Al walked over, picked one out, and brought it to me. I left The Red Rooster with a fully belly, anadorable shot glass, and a happy heart. I would 100% recommend this establishment to anyone in the Marco Island area and willdefinitely be returning the next time I am there. Read more

We woke up craving French Toast and Eggs Benedict and we found Red Roosters off a Google search. Al and the staff were truly... amazing and welcoming. This is definitely a place we'll come back to frequent when we come back down to Marco Island. ???????? Read more

OMG! Talk about delicious! Best benedicts by far. The family and I were on a little staycation in Marco Island (live in Ft... Myers), woke up Saturday craving an egg benedict and french toast. Man, oh man! Not only was the food incredible, the owner Alwas so friendly and accommodating! He sat with us and mingled and told us some great beaches to check out. We ended up with thelobster benedict, original benedict and french toast combo. The best bennies I've ever put in my mouth. Our taste buds exploded. Our server was the sweetest thing too. We WILL be back. Read more

I came here for breakfast with a group of 3 on a Saturday morning. We got there at 10:30am and that seemed to be a sweet spot... since there wasn't a line going out the door! We grabbed a seat inside and were greeted by the owner and our waitress rightaway. There are so many options on the breakfast menu! I ordered an egg white omelet and goodness was it big. The other meals atthe table were also pretty large, and all tasty. I'd say the price is a little high, but I do recognize that Marco Island ismore expensive in general. Definitely delicious, I'd recommend a stop in! Read more
