The staff is always nice and they always try to make sure everyone is greeted with a hello and they try to help you as quickly... as possible. The food is so very good. I enjoy the selection they have for their piazza slices! I just got the everything wingsand they were very good! Read more
I'm up here working from Oklahoma and have been searching for a proper pie shop for some time. I've had some decent pies here... and there but I found what I was searching for in Big Jay's. Went to Big Jay's with the grand daughter's, one was having a bad day ..ordered with Desiree and was telling her what happened, ... without details on here, she explained something they had going on, I thought how cool!! " it has to do with what was going onwith my grand daughter " we sit to wait for our delicious pizza and chicken fingers, and all the sudden Desiree comes out andsays Big Jay loves the kids that come in and gave her something extremely special.. made me cry and my grand daughter smile!!Not only is the food outstanding Big Jay and the crew are over the top great!! You cannot beat upstate pizza! Whatever you guys are doing keep doing it! Upside pizza was crispy on the bottom and is covered... in that classic sweet marinara sauce. First time I?ve been here the food was amazing the staff was wonderful. But the reason of this review is the mother of my two... kids passed away a week ago. My brother told them what happened and they reached out and said come for dinner for absolutelynothing 0 dollars just a good tip. I?ve never met these people before we had pizza, two dozen wings, garlic knots, desert anddrinks all because the owners are wonderful heart filled people. I can?t thank you enough for the smiles you brought to my kidsand mine face. When we walked out all the workers stopped and waited to say have a good night and merry Christmas thank you somuch we will be back. Read more
