They always have something different to buy with your coffee. Not the same old donuts
Went in with a friend due to having multiple orders. My sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps were very poorly put together. My... friends order was completely effed up, had to be remade. This one was clean, service quick and efficient, my breakfast sandwich was good, so was my coffee. Couldn't get on the wifi tho.
The staff is very courgeous but I spent $8 on 2 LG pumpkin lattes hot with Almond milk. My girls are Vegan. When I got home 15... mins away they could not drink them. They put whip cream on the drinks without asking. Had to throw them in the garbage. Anyonewith milk allergies it would have made them sick. Read more
I wish I can give a higher rating because the customer service was fast and pleasant. They were EXTREMELY nice and the worker... even gave me a compliment at 7:13 on a bad morning. But unfortunately they gave me a bacon croissant instead of sausage andnormally that doesn't bother me but I don't like bacon. My tea refresher is good but I got my bf a "med iced caramel coffee" andit came with no cream or sugar, it was black with 3 pumps of caramel. I do not drink coffee so I left without knowing and hesaid he has never received a coffee like that. The other location on Genesse is better and ask "would you like cream and sugar?" Read more
I go to this Dunkin every morning before work. I drive by other ones to go to this specific Dunkin because the staff are so... truly amazing. My orders are always perfect and they are so incredibly friendly at 5:30am. Read more
This Dunkin' location just had a multi-week remodel and is now open again. Whether ordering in the app, in the drive thru, or... inside, service is fast & the food and drinks have always been correct. Read more
