Friendly staff, tea tastes good, pizza is good, except they aren?t labeling the types clearly, also some of the pizza slices... needed to be taken out of the warmer, definitely getting old. Please consider bringing in an Icee machine, Coca-Cola is a mustflavor! The shelves all looked well stocked and store is clean. Make more donuts in the morning, especially on Fridays! My sonand I went to get some and the selection was minimal. Keep working on things, this store is new and employees need time tolearn. Read more
This store has been open about 3 weeks now. I'm disappointed in the store as the shelves are still bare. This is no way to open... a new store not having 1/2 of the inventory missing. Also, I ordered some pizza and boneless wings. My order was ready to go butthe wings were not boneless. I have been to many different Caseys and cooperate miss the first impression big time on thisstore. The staff were very friendly and nice. My rating of 2 stars and not 1 was because of the friendliness of the employeesand pizza. Cooperate just my opinion but stop rushing to open the doors and make sure you have the store ready from day 1. Read more
I wanted to check out the NEW Casey's in town. Im a big ICEE/ Slurpee person. I was definately disappointed there was NO... machine. 2 stars is me being generous because, not all Casey's suck. Speedway has more options, & Gluten Free options for peoplethat struggle with dietary restrictions. I had to walk out of Casey's in shock as this is the only Casey's in a 1 hour radiusthat doesnt have an ICEE Machine. I ended up going to Speedway. Read more
4 different trips in and no pizza in the warmer,the point of caseys is to have slices ready,thats what you're known for
I was very excited to see a Casey?s coming to town. I USUALLY love the food and I worked at a Casey?s for years. But I?m not... sure what the issue is with the kitchen staff at this Casey?s maybe they need more training? Either way I know the way the foodat this one would NEVER have been acceptable at my old store. The donuts are extremely sloppy and barely frosted. The warmerfoods clearly don?t get switched out when they should be nor are they stocked the way they should be. There should be breakfastpizzas in the warmer in the morning. Very disappointed. Casey's in Marengo is definitely having a rocky start. At times they're on point, but definitely have areas of improvement.
