Speechless, it's suppose to be the coffee. Both of them looked and tasted different.. crew needs training. A lot of training.

I would not recommend coming here. I came in here for lemonade at advertised price of $2.99 but a very rude person at the window... insisted that it was $3.59. I asked her to come look at the sign and she said no, I asked for her supervisor and she said no, Iasked for the owners name and she said look it up. Lazy employees strike again. This Dunkin Donuts place needs to hire a new crew or trained them correctly. I went there a couple of times and they make me... refreshers wrong, If you don't have the certain ones I order then say so, What they do is add water to my drink instead oflemonade. More training is needed at this location. Idk if your workers just don?t care or are high but almost everytime I order from here... they get it wrong. I came back in hopes it was just coincidence but I?m guessing it?s not based on these reviews. Ordered awhite chocolate peppermint mocha, hot. They said the steamer wasn?t working so I got it iced. What I received was a regularmocha, no peppermint with what tasted like burnt or day old espresso. Very disappointing! Read more
