So much for an adult happy meal. This place never ceases to amaze me how terrible one McDonalds can be. Whether it's 20 minutes... in the drivethrough, making you wait in a parking spot because they don't want the timer to keep going for their metrics, softserve machine out of service, missing items, or in this case not having correct packaging. Everytime I go to this establishments drive thru I am stuck waiting for minutes usually abouts 10. For example today I went thru... placed an order for 2 cheeseburgers no pickles or onions add mayo small fry large dr. Pepper and a large strawberry shake. Youguessed it no shake available ????. Then after I paid and was given my Dr pepper I was instructed to pull forward and wait. 4cars behind me got their food and drinks first then I get 2 warm burgers and cold soggy fries after waiting for 10 minutes. If I could give this place zero stars I'd happily do so. Service was awful. They don't care about their customers. Management... treats their employees so bad. Fries were cold. They were cussing over the mic. DO NOT get the tea. It was filled with gnats andI watched an employee trying to pick them out. It was absolutely disgusting. Bugs everywhere. Read more
I was there 2 days in a row to buy breakfast and both times they got the order completely wrong. They were not very busy and I... explained what I wanted very succinctly. The receipts showed the correct items ordered but they screwed it up nonetheless. Ilive around there but won't be back! Read more
