I went in today to get fountain drinks for my kids and I. Medium fountain drinks are $1 right now for rewards members, it is one... drink per purchase that gets this discount. I got a total of 3 drinks and wanted to ring them up separately and do 3 differenttransactions in order to get the discount for all 3 drinks (it may not seem like much but still) the woman running the registerwould not allow me to do so. I do not remember her name but she was older with large glasses. I asked her why she said it's only1 discounted drink per day which is not true. This employee is not honoring rewards member discounts. I'm very glad I don't livein this town and do not have to deal with her daily. Again I understand it's not much difference but I have Casey's rewards fora reason, and I would like to use them. Read more
Casey's in Marengo is a awesome place. It is handicap ? accessible f I r parking and in the store. Yes they have restroom... available and is also!!! They have donuts sandwiches and for me the best pizza ???? ????! Call your order in get gas and dinnerat the same time!!! The staff is helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them ????? Prices are high and not marked correctly. Tag says .99cents and I was charged $1.48. When I said something about it the cashier... told me yeah I think the price on the tag needs to be changed. Read more

Was overcharged for item and never once, did any staff say they were sorry or apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, the... clerk who processed the transaction called me "rude," for having the audacity, I guess, for wanting my money back! She keptsaying, " well , it shouldn't have done this," although she and the manager could clearly see the price was labeled as it shouldbe on the display, but overcharged at the register. It seemed they were more concerned with someone catching them atovercharging - they were apparently embarrassed and annoyed and did refund the difference - but they once again, not only didnot express regret, but were angry at me for pointing this pricing error out. My concern is that if this goes on with just thisonce item it will add up over time. If there are multiple items in the store, it is a conspiracy. Read more
