We stopped in on our way home from Columbus Saturday evening and it was a joke. I ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches only to be... told "I'll be out of roast beef and only have enough for 2". I've never have had that told to me at an Arby's ever. It was abold face lie because he served the customers right after me 5 roast beef sandwiches. I'm not sure what kind of people you'rehiring but you need to take a hard look at your employees. Read more
Always closed when I stop. Employees randomly take lunches, all at the same time, they leave handwritten notes and block the... drive through with trash cans. I'm done checking if they are open. Read more
The got rid of potato cakes and Beef and Cheddar now at Bidenflation prices. We don't go much anymore since they dropped potato... cakes, and got away from roast beef. Read more
Always hot. Almost always same employee's which is a nice change from never knowing who's going to handle your order.

The Turkey,Bacon and Ranch sandwich is my favorite with curly fries. Always made fresh. This was a good location. I always get... mine without lettuce. The Gyros are real good also. Read more
Beware the unsolicited up-sell. The cashier upsized our order without asking. Since they don't repeat the order back and don't... provide the receipt until you get your order, I didn't argue. Otherwise, the food was hot and the staff appeared friendly. Theydon't seem to know who to wrap a fish sandwich without smashing the bun flat. I have ordered both varieties of fish and bothwere on flat buns. Unfortunately it is the only Arby's in the area with dine-in currently; I detest eating in the car. Read more
It took ten minutes of waiting to place my order, another ten minutes to get it and then I couldn't eat the Classic Roast Beef &... Cheddar because the grill boy put something that tasted like ketchup on it. Read more
